“This tiny house is the cutest ever! The beds were super comfy and I was super impressed with how many little storage nooks there were. The pool, hot tub, and playground are a stones throw away! Took my little ones and we had a great time! Best little getaway :).”
The Art Cottage at the Historic Baldwin Radio Factory is perfect for those seeking a charming & artful stay while traveling for adventure, business, or vacation. This convenient location is 30 minutes from ski resorts, 10 minutes from downtown, steps away from a park, cafe, yoga studio, and library. This unique building was once a factory powered by the nearby Mill Creek, and produced the world's first headphones. Now converted to art studios including: painting, glass, carpentry, music & more.
“We loved staying at the Art Cottage. The location was perfect for visiting family in SLC but so nice to have our own private space in a cool area. The cafe nearby is a bonus....as is the little grassy and shaded mini-park next-door for picnics under the trees on a hot day. The cottage was clean, cozy and private. I loved that we had the whole place to ourselves at night. Thank you Conor and Jenny! We'll be back. -Sarah”
The perfect location for a comfy night in downtown Salt Lake! A short walking distance from nearly everything, this private basement apartment is quaint and tucked in a boutique 1906 charmer right behind Temple Square. Public transportation "Trax" stops a few blocks away. Perfect for visitors traveling on a budget, attending a conference at the Salt Palace Convention Center, sight-seeing downtown, and looking for quick convenience, rather than luxury.
“Perfect location with walking distance of City Creek Shopping Center and lots of dining options. I arrived on an unseasonably cool day and made use of the space heater and extra blankets. Loved the local dining recommendations and the stocked kitchen.”
