18th-century vacation cottage, renovated in 2018. Guests have the entire cottage at their disposal, with a common room with a kitchenette, a toilet, a bathroom, and a sauna on the ground floor, and two bedrooms in the attic (the first for 3 adults and the second for 4 adults (or two adults and three children)). You can use the garden with outdoor seating and a grill. In winter, it's close from here to downhill and cross-country skiing (Zadov, Philipsreuth, Bílá stopa), and in summer you can walk and cycle around the Šumava mountains, and if you remember that you want to have a wedding here, that's beautiful too :-)

House with sauna and hot tub

The family house on the outskirts of the city offers an ideal combination of nature and accessibility to the center. Enjoy relaxing in the outdoor sauna and hot tub, barbecuing on the terrace with a fireplace or relaxing in the large fenced garden. A great choice for families, cyclists and groups of friends. Quiet location, privacy and comfort – the perfect place for relaxation and celebrations. There are 6 fixed beds available in the house. However, the number of persons is not limited. It is not a problem to arrange your own sleeping, for example, on the ground or in a tent.

Chalet at the chameleon

The Chameleon Cabin offers accommodation on the shore of a pond, with a spacious terrace featuring a grill, a swimming pool, a hot tub, and a cedar infrared sauna overlooking the pond, plus evenings spent sitting by the fireplace... You can take a romantic boat ride on the pond or play ping-pong :-) If you want to enjoy nature to the fullest, you can swim right in the pond, which has a sandy entrance; otherwise, you can enjoy a dip in the cabin's pool. In the evening, we recommend watching the radky, ducks, swans, and maybe even kingfishers when grilling on the pond... .-)

Fishing cabin with sauna

A cozy fishing hut by the forest and a pond where time flows more slowly. In the morning, you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast on a picnic blanket and a boat ride, and during the day, you can freshen up under the solar shower or relax in a hammock watching the sunset. Newly available at our hotel is a private wood-fired sauna – the perfect ritual for warming up your body after a long day. In the evening, you'll be warmed by a crackling fireplace or an open-air firepit, while bats glide silently overhead. The perfect place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

Villa Dvorečná

Have fun with the whole family or a group of friends at this stylish place. The building offers comfortable accommodation for up to 17 people. Villa Dvorečná is located on the outskirts of the village of Dvorečná, about five minutes by car from the ski slope in Lipno nad Vltavou. The building is three-storey with two terraces, a grill, a fireplace, a covered outdoor pool with a counter-current and an indoor wellness with a sauna and a hot tub. We rent the whole building. If you are traveling with small children, it is possible to rent a crib, high chair or bathtub.

Glamping Všímarský stream

Romantic accommodation by the stream - peace, nature, harmony.... Experience an extraordinary stay in a cozy caravan in nature, just a few steps from the bubbling stream. Chalet Simterka

Chata Šimterka has been completely renovated and modernized. There is a swimming pool right next to the cottage, and in the lower part of the complex there is a great Finnish sauna. The Otava River is about 100 m from the cottage. On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed (2 beds) and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed, 2 single beds). The cottage has two beautiful terraces.
