Beachfront vacation rentals in South Bohemian Region

The location of the place is great. Clean everywhere, but the grill is so dirty that we didn't use it. We were missing spare garbage bags. They didn't have a stuffed bag in a vacuum cleaner, and they didn't have a spare bag at the front desk. It would be a good idea to write in the instructions on what's available for cleaning. I'm definitely not a cleaning type, but if more days are more people together, it's necessary. We were in September and weekdays, so it's quiet everywhere. The neighborhood is breathtaking, and that's the biggest ninth of the entire Lake side. Sauna is also great, and we appreciated the sheets. We plan to come back.

Zuzana's place is really something something special. In the middle of the forest, a bit enchanted in a beautiful old stone house. The apartment is likeable and authentically furnished and was absolutely sufficient for our family (2 adults and 2 children). In the house and in its own garden there are a bit of toys for the children and Zuzana was always friendly and approachable. Thank you very much! We felt very comfortable. Zuzana for the lovely stay. We will come back and enjoy the tranquility in this beautiful spot of earth. A small note because it is sometimes important to us: WiFi and also mobile network are difficult and slow in the apartment - working would not have been possible here. Fortunately, we did not want/did not have to do this time🙂.

The apartment has everything you need :) the location is great and Michal is really always easy to reach! We had a wonderful time and look forward to next time!

Beautifully spacious and bright apartment in downtown Lipno! Close to the water and other activities. The apartment was clean and equipped with every comfort. Highly recommended!

We stayed for a weekend at the Lipno Club! The apartment is super clean, well furnished and the location absolutely great! Walking, you are at the lake in max. one minute. Together with the whirlpool really very very nice! Highly recommend!

We greatly enjoyed Milena's nicely decorated apartment. The view in fantastic, there is nothing wrong with that. Also, everything is present in the apartment. However, the WiFi is weak so you have no range upstairs. The double bed in the second bedroom is narrow so if you come with four adults, make sure you use the single bed as well. However, the mattresses of the beds are quite soft, which can give back complaints. Location is amazing, you'll really relax there. The apartment is wonderfully spacious. Tip: go to Cesky Krumlov, a lovely old little town!

The location is stunning and the staff helped with everything we asked for and were very nice. The first apartment we stayed in was not up to the standard of our cleanliness. After replacing the apartment for us it was fine and we enjoyed the place. It is important to note that in the afternoon there is no one to contact.

Overall, we were very satisfied and had everything we needed. Great equipment with 2 bathrooms, additional toilet, dishwasher, washing machine, grill, parking space,... Check-in was hassle-free and earlier, communication with Peter was great, he was always available. The house is in 2nd row to the lake with beautiful sunset views. 3 small points with potential for improvement: the barbecue was unfortunately not clean at all, the apartment was very cold when we arrived (13 degrees) and the lawn could have been mowed before arrival. Otherwise everything is great and definitely recommended.

The place is in a nice and accessible location. Nearby is the sandy beach of Windy Point, where various events take place, and in the evening you can enjoy a nice time at the bar. Still, we were not disturbed by anything at the apartment. The place itself is spacious enough for multiple people and has a separate entrance, which is a big advantage. Each apartment has a separate seating area with a grill. It's a great deal with the owner. We'd love to come back to this place.
