Monthly Rentals in Sơn Trà

It was a really good stay 👍 But keep in mind the construction is going next building It was fine for me :)

My stay here was phenomenal. This place is a hidden gem, location is unreal - situated very close to the mountains of son tra as well as the quieter side of the beach. The view from the balcony is stupendous! The apartment itself is very comfortable for a long stay, and was fully cleaned every week or so by the host (free of charge). The host helped me rent a motorbike which was at a significantly cheaper rate for the month compared to elsewhere in town. Finally, the hosts were so quick to respond to any queries, easy to communicate with, and helped with so much such. Would recommend to anyone!

I had a wonderful stay. The location is great, within a few minutes walking distance to a grocery store, many restaurants, a gym, and the beach. The owner was very responsive and accommodating to my needs. The housekeeper does a fantastic job cleaning the apartment twice a week. This is a great place for both short term and long term stays.

I think it’s a good place for the price. Walking distance from the beach (15 mins), restaurants, coffee, even a mall. Relatively quiet. The host is super responsive, is willing to help out. I didn’t get my luggage at the airport, it got lost and the host was managing the whole process getting my luggage from lost and found.
