It's exactly what it looks like in the actual pics. The water quality of the pool was also very good. And the host was very responsive. I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and I had a good stay in a very quiet place comfortably. Above all, it was nice that it was a bit far from the city center. It is not a structure on the second and third floors, but a first-floor structure, so it was nice to be able to share a lot of things such as communication and stories with my companions.

I felt Tony was an exceptional host. He was attentive when we had issues with the water and when we were short of supplies. The location is a nice quiet low-key area and not far from the core. This place is ideal if you are traveling with multiple friends as well. I would rebook if I visit again. Thanks for having us.

We were lucky enough to have 5 nights here. As 2 family’s totalling 8 people the space was perfect. The pool and pool table bought us all together in one space, whilst the spacious bedrooms gave us privacy as well. The villa was in a residential area, which meant all local restaurants were filled with locals - loved the experience. Dave and Vincent were extremely responsive hosts, offering local recommendations as well as organising transport and tickets to local attractions. We thank them for making our stay so enjoyable. We would 100% recommend a stay here x

Staying at Hai's place was a treat, the neighborhood was great. the bugs and amenities could use some work but with plenty of things around we were still comfortable. Hai was extremely responsive and was a great host. I would recommend his place with some good bug spray at bay (thanks minimart!)

There were 1 room on the first floor, two rooms on the second floor, and two rooms on the third floor, and each had a bathroom, so it was easy to use. The host was very kind, and there was no air conditioning and warm water, so I sent a chat, so I visited the house right away and solved it. Coispa massage right in front is very good. Use Laundary next to it. It's cheap and good. If I go back to Da Nang, I intend to visit again.

lucy’s provide amazing arrangement, tour information. remember one day, i ask about the pool filter button, she arranged cleaning immediately and staff showed up in 5 minutes once i requested. i have a perfect experience. they cooked delicious breakfast as well. I will suggest you to stay here for vacation. :) P.S. some mattresses are hard, but not affected me

Overall, the experience is very good. There are a lot of local snacks around, within walking distance, quite convenient. The house is also very quiet, very comfortable to sleep. It only takes three minutes to rent a motorcycle to the beach, very suitable for vacation

Nine people from a large family of three visited, and it was a single-family home, and the rooms were all hotel-style and spacious, so we used them really well. On the first floor, there was a living room, kitchen, and small swimming pool, so it was good for all families to gather and play, and there were two rooms on the 2,3,4 floors, but there was an elevator, so it was easy to move my luggage. The balcony on the 5th floor also had a great view and atmosphere, so it was perfect to go up and drink with a drink. The host responds right away and is friendly! The nearby restaurants and cafes were all good. There were children, so it felt safer to be secluded and quieter than the center of My Khe Beach. I will definitely use it for my next visit to Da Nang. Thank you!

Living in SEA since 20 years - we have high expectations: Family holidays, 5 pax, it was a perfect stay. Very good communication with Minh and the villa is just amazing - 6 BR, 2 LDK, swimming pool, billiard, roof terrace, washing machine, every br with kitchen area. Location is perfect, right in the city, not surrounded by the high raisers, local area with coffee shops, nice restaurants and the perfect beach is just 15 min walk away.

I really like Zung Zung's house.This house in particular makes me feel at home.The house was easy to find and I was able to relax in the jacuzzi. I'm coming back with my family and plan to spend a longer vacation here.The host in particular was very friendly and helpful.
