I stayed here for a month and felt very at home. The staff are very friedly, always smiling and willing to help. The wifi is very good. I work online and need stable wifi for video calls. I had my own router and didn't experience a single issue during my stay. My room was cleaned almost every day and I was given two bottes of free water. The location is great. It's very central and walkable to many restauarants, and only a five minute walk to the beach. I will definitely choose Jolia Hotel the next time I am in Da Nang.

We had a fantastic experience at this property! It was actually even better than we had anticipated. Visiting from the United States, my friend and I were here ending for the second time in the last two years. We decided to try a different hotel space. We were so impressed by how clean and spacious the room was, including all the amenities. It felt very secluded and private on the balcony and in our hallway, even with other guests around. Tin, one of the receptionists, was exceptionally kind, helpful, and friendly. He had a lot of local recommendations for us. Anytime we had any need – such as laundry service, he was able to help us. He even offered recommendations for places to get one’s haircut! The overnight staff was just as friendly and helpful. Really, every one od the staff was so friendly and hospitable and welcoming toward us. The place is proximate to the beach, lots of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from. Staff are helpful and friendly. Room is an average size but enough for two people, in my case, more than enough for one. Bedsheets are really smooth and comfy. The TV doesn’t have cable but Netflix and YouTube works fine. I happened to see many other previous guests’ Netflix accounts so friends please log out when you check out🤣

The bed was super comfortable with big, thick pillows and nice linens. The room also had a washing machine with detergent provided, which was a great touch. All the essential amenities were there, including bottled water and hot water in the shower, the AC worked well. It’s not exactly in the city center, so access to things like ATMs and cafes required some travel. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place. If you don’t mind being a bit further from the city center, it’s a great option with a responsive host and excellent amenities!

Absolutely Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! We had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as shown in the photos (if not better). It had all the essentials, plus a few thoughtful extras that made the stay feel special—like complimentary coffee and great local recommendations. They provided transportation to local places for less than Grab. The location was perfect—close to everything but tucked away just enough to feel peaceful. It is in walking distance to the dragon bridge, local night market and the beach. Communication with the host was seamless; they were super responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. This was easily one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve had. We will be recommending it to friends. Thanks again for such a great experience!

For some reason, I couldn't stay with Thao as she had resigned from the job however, this hotel is pure bliss. The view that they provide of the golden dragon bridge and the river, is completely breathtaking. i could not take my eyes off this beautiful view. Good service, extremely clean, fast wifi. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Tâm House! We only regret not staying longer. The room was very nice and spacious, with nice decor and amenities. We loved sitting by the pool to relax and the included breakfast was great. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful, assisting us with our luggage, helping us book train tickets, and communicating with our Grab driver. We are sad we couldn’t stay longer, and would love to stay here again next time we visit!

The location of the accommodation was difficult to find. It's also under construction at the entrance. But I met a friendly Grab driver and arrived well. It was warm water, so I swam so well in the evening My child liked it a lot. The dresser in the room kept opening by itself, so I put the paper on it and didn't open it. In case my child bumped into it. After checking out, I was waiting for the sanding car, but he kept taking care of me. I was impressed with what time the reservation was difficult... I was touched by the staff, and the car came and came by. Thank you so much for your thoughtful consideration ^ ^
