Our cozy cottage on the banks of the Willow River is ideally situated for enjoying the Willow River State Park experience while enjoying the comforts of home. Willow Falls is a short walk, and the main entrance is one mile from the front door. The cottage has a unique walk-in shower, luxurious tub, washer/dryer, and full kitchen for your own use. The main master bedroom has a queen bed, barnboard walls, large windows, access to back deck & outdoor hottub. Two twin beds in front room sleep 2.

On our first visit, we were there during the winter and it was stunning to enjoy the hot tub with the snow all around us. But to come back in the summer, and be able to enjoy the beautiful green trees and grass, was breathtaking. We took a walk down to the river and enjoyed the sunshine, then walked back to the house, had a bbq and embraced the sun on our skin. When evening came, the hot tub was the perfect ending to a flawless day. I highly recommend Jill’s space!”
Secluded vacation style home on 50 acres of woods, tree farm and rolling hills with approx. 3 miles of trails. 3000 square foot home with 3 bedrooms and newly remodeled kitchen and living area. The price is listed for the entire house but if an individual bedroom is desired, that can work as well. The house is disinfected thoroughly for each guests stay with a solution recommend by the CDC.
What guests are saying:“This place over exceeded our groups expectations of the home! Secluded with trees from the road with alot of acres of space, with it also being very close to town too. Had enough to keep 10 of us busy at home for a 3 day weekend. Pool and hot tub was fantastic, the volleyball court was fun and havent done it in years! Carts with trails were an added plus too. Inside was clean and had plenty of space for us all. Steam shower was amazing as well! Would recommend for anyone with a family or a friends weekend away! We will be going back again soon to enjoy again!”
Longer-term renting only; 28 days or more. We have 2 other listings for weekends (whole house) and medium-term (less than 28 days). INCLUDED: wifi and utilities! My husband and I transformed our basement area into a mostly private area for guests. The area has a nice kitchenette with all the basics except stove; microwave & Ninja toaster oven. Guest are welcome to use the range in the main house kitchen. 5 minutes to highway 94. 20 minutes to Woodbury and Stillwater Minnesota.

The space is like a clean and furnished studio apartment that is mostly private. The bedroom, kitchenette, and bathroom are 100% private while the living room and laundry room are shared yet only used by the hosts to let the dog out in the backyard. I would highly recommend this space especially for longer term stays.”
