The property was stunning and the location was beautiful. Tracy was a wonderful host who took the time to greet us - even baking a delicious Victoria Sponge! She took the time to give us a tour of the property and explained where everything was which was incredibly helpful. There are a vast amount of games and leisure activities on site for all ages. Some of the adults even had a table tennis competition. There was ample space for everyone. We all loved staying for the weekend - 8 adults and a baby & toddler & we had family come and see us at the property as well. It Hank you Tracy for being such a lovely host.

A great place to stay we had a wonderful time. The house is excellent, very clean with great amenities. I would highly recommend staying here. A lovely place with lovely people.

We had an amazing 50th birthday party at Sophie’s house. This is a gorgeously characterful property with the most amazing gardens, 15 mins walk into Glasto and 10 mins to the torr. I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook. We had an early check in and late checkout for no extra cost and communication was brilliant throughout.

We had a lovely stay. Debra was a great host. Our grandson absolutely loved exploring the garden and the views were amazing. Plenty of room in the house for all of us (4 adults, a teenager and two infants). Downstairs is a lovely sociable area and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great location to visit Bath and Longleat.

Our stay at Poachers cottage was really wonderful and exactly what we had wanted. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the cottage was so thoughtfully and beautifully done. The facilities were incredible and we were very lucky to have the pool to ourselves with beautiful weather when we stayed. There was loads for our toddler to do and Adele had any bits we might need for him. I am pretty heavily pregnant and between the pool and the very comfortable beds I had a wonderfully relaxing stay and anytime I needed something, somehow it was already there in the cupboard or in the bedroom. We couldn’t have asked for more. Home made cake and local bits when we arrived and all. Honestly I’ve been so torn on whether to keep this place all to myself but I couldn’t help but rave about my holiday when I got home and have had 3 friends ask for the link to go and stay!

Feels like visiting granny. This barn holds great history and is characterful and fun. It is setup well for families and is close enough to attractions. Wonderful bird life out the window and very peaceful and quiet.

Fantastic for families We are a group of three families with children from 2 to 8 years old. This place was perfect for us. Well located, peaceful countryside feel, not overlooked, very private, we didn't see anyone else from the house. But also just a few minutes from supermarkets. easy to find, big driveway pillars on the lane. enclosed safe garden for our dogs, bowls, beds, poo bags for them beautiful horses in the adjacent field. huge trampoline and play area which the kids loved hot tub also enjoyed by the children we didn't have great weather but if you do then there is seating outside and a hammock, bbq etc the tv is huge and very slick three king en suites for the grown ups was also great one of the best parts was the toys, so many toys the children were never bored. a massive box of lego kept the eldest entertained. there is everything you might need, even down to baby sleeping bags with the cot! we all agreed this place was perfect for our needs and we will definitely return

A great place to stay to explore beautiful Exmoor. The second time we have stayed there its clean, cosy and comfortable with fabulous views of the coast and access to great walks.

We had a wonderful stay at Lockett Farm! The setting is peaceful and beautifully maintained, with lovely countryside views that made for a really relaxing getaway. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our hosts were warm, welcoming, and easy to communicate with nothing was too much trouble, and they made us feel right at home. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of care into making the space feel special.

Mark was a great host, couldn’t of asked for anyone better. Easy going, easy to get on with and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. This was our first time taking our dog to an AirBnB, he was welcomed, made friends with Mark’s dogs and all our anxieties of taking our dog to an AirBnB vanished. Even though it was a pet friendly accommodation, you wouldn’t have known it, clean and odour free. Will defo go back if we are in the area again!

Really nice apartment to stay in if you’re visiting Minehead or surrounding areas. Clean tidy apartment with amazing views of the sea. Felt at home, very comfortable. The apartment was well equipped with everything needed for the stay. It’s located in the perfect spot right next to the beach and it’s so peaceful! Great service provided by the host, quick to reply to any messages you send. Would definitely visit again. My kids are already asking when can we go back. Big thank you to the host Denise!!

Absolutely incredible location. Tucked away in the private gardens of a stately home in a hill overlooking Wells Cathedral. A beautiful little annexe, in tranquil surroundings. Easily walkable to the city centre but far enough away to feel completely serene sitting on the patio with. agkass of wine in the sunshine listening to the cathedral bells ringing out across the valley

We loved staying here with our boys over the steam gala. Hearing the steam train was a highlight and Jan sent some brilliant instructions for good viewing points (and we all loved the walks!). We were particularly lucky to enjoy their beautiful pool and garden - what a treat for a May bank holiday! Thank you for a wonderful time.

Jacqui was very friendly, and provided clear instructions for the check in and for the use of the different amenities. Wonderful place, it was clean and tidy, it was stocked with plenty of utensils and things to use if using the kitchen! The pool was great, we had access to it basically 24/7 during our stay. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend! Thank you so much!

I’ve been visiting Glastonbury for 10 years and this place was by far the best. The views and sunsets from the conservatory were out of this world. I felt surrounded by nature and felt so calm and peaceful there. Vanessa is a warm and friendly host, taking a lot of care that her guests enjoy their stay. I will definitely stay here again.

Anchors Away - A wonderful ground floor apartment. Accommodation was clean and very comfortable. Quality furnishings, towels and linen. Amazing hot tub with stunning views in the distance of the steam railway line and sea. Generous welcome pack. Nothing to much trouble for the Host, Lisa, who is usually working on site. Small garden so perfect for a small dog. Expect to hear some noise from the apartment above. Garden is also shared and is access to other hot tubs, so not 100% private. Lovely cafe (The Bay) and restaurant within caravan park - both walking distance. Reception also sells milk and bread etc. Would highly recommend and hope to return.

We loved the peaceful location and the views from the apartment. Great for walks and exploring local area. You won't need your car as Lynton and Lynmouth are easy to walk to. Apartment itself was a little gem. Comfortable, clean, lovely decor. Thank you Paul for letting us stay in your gorgeous home.

Beautiful and very spacious apartment, immaculately clean with a very large garden. I would highly recommend this for a stay as the apartment is so well equipped (even down to my favourite shower gel, lots of cooking condiments, milk and butter in the fridge and beautiful Portmeirion pottery!). Diana was the best host, so friendly, very receptive to my texts and welcomed us with fresh flowers! Brilliant, thank you!

Lovely place to stay, hosts are lovely, the flat is perfect for two people, with a nice sized kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Also the Orchard is lovely in good weather that is situated behind the accommodation and the hosts let us use. All in all, great place for a couple days in a quiet place in the world

A hidden gem! We only had a quick overnight stay but it ticked all the boxes for us. Spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, an amazingly well equipped kitchen diner and such comfortable beds with pristine bedding. The property is in the middle of the town but with it's beautiful roof garden, it had an air of tranquility and we had no noise disturbance at all, even though it was a bank holiday weekend. Ruth provided detailed directions beforehand and a warm welcome on arrival and some helpful recommendations for somewhere to eat that evening. A great host - thank you for our stay.

Crin and husband Guy welcomed us like family and offered us every help we could ask for. Unbelievably comfortable and clean with everything you could possibly need. This 2 bedroom apartment has stunning views and is very close to the NT property of Stourhead which is amazing. Well worth visiting and a great place to stay. Will definitely recommend and return.

This was our second stay here, and we would absolutely come back again. It was so easy for us with our two dogs in tow...with a little outside area and open plan space inside. We had no problem parking outside on the road, and Noreen was very happy to accommodate our late arrival by leaving a key (she would gladly have met us otherwise). The space has everything needed - all spotlessly clean, comfy bed, hot water...a full-sized fridge and hob, both of which we find really useful. We were staying for an agility show, but there are loads of places to visit nearby. Hopefully we will be back again before too long!
