My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. Ample parking.

Kitchen, outdoor patio, barbeque, cable tv, fast wifi, near lake and park. Swimming pool is shared with community. Great for swimming. Also, tennis courts, large park and great walking area (around lake). Nice golf course and local wineries down the road. Close to stores, restaurants and bars. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Central location. Easy parking.

Quiet neighborhood home-between Sacramento and SF

Our home is centrally located half way between the Bay Area and Sacramento, the state capital. Napa, California's premier wine country, is half an hour away. Lake Tahoe is about two hours' drive from Vacaville. Our neighborhood is quiet with a city park just 3 blocks away. Downtown is within walking distance, about 5 blocks. The outlets are only 5 minutes drive from our home with over 100 shops to choose from. There is parking available on the street right in front of the house.
