Yurt vacation rentals in Snake River

Perfect place for peace and quiet. It is very hot during the day in the middle of Summer, but sure cools down at night. Only a few minutes drive into town. If you are outdoorsy and lower maintenance, this place is is definitely for you.

we had such a fun time here! We just went for a quick overnight r trip, but we would have loved to stay longer. We initially had a hard time finding where to go, but Anne was right there to help. It seems ideal for a family reunion or get together and we'd recommend it for anyone looking to get away in nature!

What a wonderful relaxing experience. The yurt met our expectations and then some. Having a BBQ, Fireplace and a private hotel tub nice!! Place was very clean, bedding was nice and clear instructions for fireplace, tub, a/c and BBQ. Easy walk to very clean bathroom. Had one issue with a zipper on a window which they took care of quickly. Only meep was the private tub was super cozy for 3 adults so we used the public one. Staff on sight were professional and very friendly. (Hope I'm remembering correctly?) Nancy and Tiffany are welcoming & nice. Yvonne front desk/ housekeeping is hard working and outgoing. We appreciate the staff in general because it show that they care.

It was a long way up the mountains, but a scenic drive and we felt like we were on top of the world when we arrived! It was great…so very peaceful and relaxing! Amazing, awe inspiring views…an opportunity to enjoy the sunrise, sunset, and stars! Thank you…what a nice camping facility…those swings were so fun!!

The burg yurt was absolutely wonderful! We had so much fun, and enjoyed our weekend. Would definitely come back!

Our family had a fantastic time glamping on this camping site! Even though our tent was close to the other campers, we had good privacy and even our own fire pit to do smores! And there were so many fun activities around for our boys (paddle boat, small playground, feeding the bunnies, etc). We highly recommend it for young families!

Absolutely fabulous. Such a lovely and warm place to stay. Everything was so comfortable and charming. I would stay here again in a heaetbeat.

We enjoyed our stay in the yurt. The location was convenient, it was comfortable and the showers and toilets were well maintained. The propane fire pit was an added bonus. Thank you, Heidi!

We loved our stay at the yurt! Everything was clean and comfortable. It was in the 40s outside but we stayed warm and cozy inside. Short drive to the hot pools and restaurants. I may have missed this in the description, but no bath soap or shampoo was provided so bring your own. Earplugs are provided, the train is loud but that’s how it goes anywhere in Lava. We would love to visit again!

The yurt was a perfect way to spend a weekend with our family. We loved listening to the ancient calls of the Sandhill Cranes and the rural feel of the passing trains. We were so grateful for a barbecue to grill out and enjoy a beautiful spring evening before soaking at Lava Hot Springs. Take advantage of their jar of earplugs to enjoy a night of restful sleep. Trains are consistent at night and the trains moving uphill can wake the dead. And if you are tall, mind your head on the outside light. It’s a sharp one that caught both of our boys.

We had an amazing stay at Chris' yurt. Beautiful valley location with a nice stream nearby. Chris sent very clear instructions, was very responsive to questions, and provided not just a clean place to stay, but an experience that made lasting memories for our family. We stayed for the Perseid meteor shower and were not dissappointed. We will definitely be staying again!

This place was so incredible! We absolutely loved it and wished we had a multi-night stay. We went in the middle of the winter and there was snow everywhere but the heater inside the yurt kept us toasty warm and set a great ambiance. You are a one minute drive from the amazing Kirkam hot springs! The hosts have a rustic and unique lodge with a wood stove that we wished we had more time to hang out in! They also had an outdoor fire pit that we also wish we could have enjoyed more! Mattress and yurt were much newer and cleaner than I expected and we loved the rustic furniture and ability to see the sky with the skylight! We will likely come back for a weekend day trip to soak and hang out in the lodge and hear live music on a weekend! If you come in the winter, you may have a hard time getting in the driveway without a 4wd vehicle!

Wonderful hosts and a wonderful stay! First time staying in a yurt and it was very comfortable. It was very windy during part of the stay but it stayed nice and cozy inside. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! Naomi was a fantastic host — very responsive and easy to communicate with. Check-in was smooth and simple, and everything about the place was exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

my stay in the yurt was peaceful and Serene.This yurt in its construction is a Marvel. It is very well built and maintained and came with a companion in the form of the sweetest little one-eyed alley cat. All said, my stay here was picture perfect. my only drawback is that I wish I could have stayed longer

3rd time staying at the yurts, great spot for our annual hot springs adventure, will be back!

This is our third time staying here. We brought the family and had a great time. Kevin and his wife are amazing hosts. So laid back. I've seen some reviews suggesting that the host(s) are not attentive. This is not true. If anything, the laid back atmosphere is a benefit. Since we'd been here before and knew what to expect, we didnt need much. I could see how some might be used to other airbnbs with a lot of instructions / rules, etc. If you want that, this isnt the place for you. We love it here. We will be back. The rustic surroundings and accommodations are exactly what we're looking for when we go to Lowman.
