I have rented one of Brook’s other places before and I will continue to rent from her any time I’m in Hutchinson. She has great communication and her places are so clean. Her places have everything to make you feel at home and comfortable.

Beautiful place, very peaceful with a beautiful yard. Would definitely recommend. Ran into a small problem with the door but Melissa responded immediately and got the problem fixed even tho it was late at night. She was a great host and love the friendly dogs.

If you’re looking for a cozy two bedroom/ two bath house in a quiet neighborhood, this home is a good choice. It was a clean comfortable home and so convenient to Schowalter and Newton. Gary was a great host. Nadine H.
