Nestled in the heart of York, this luxurious five-bedroom retreat offers an exquisite blend of elegance, comfort, and convenience. Designed for larger groups, the property sleeps up to 13 guests, making it the perfect choice for families, friends, wedding parties, or corporate stays. With a comfortable living space. games room and five beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms, every guest can enjoy a private and tranquil space to unwind.

The space
Alexander house provides a home from home experience with the whole of the downstairs area perfect for entertaining. The fully furnished kitchen is complete with coffee machine, washer and dryer and a dishwasher for ease of clearing up. A large dining table and breakfast bar provide plenty of seating options.

The Games room is complete with a dart board, cards and a pool table that is changeable for table tennis.

The Lounge has Large comfortable seating along with a Sonus sound system to link up with and Netflix and Disney+ accounts meaning all guests can be accommodated.

People booking must note that the property is situated in a residential area so noise must be kept to a respectable level between the hours of 9pm - 8am. We have installed a one-way calling system to inform guests of any noise complaints made by neighbours as we want to ensure guests have the best time and an unforgettable stay at the house but to also be considerate of local residents living next door.

We are a pet friendly household but it is an additional £32 charge to bring your fury friends along with you on your stay (pet charge does not apply to service dogs).
