Lakefront 6 Bedroom Suites Home with 6 full and (3) 1/2 baths. INDOOR, HEATED POOL with jets overlooking the lake.

There are 4 King Bed Suites & 2 Family Suites. The Family Suites have (2) Queen Beds & 2-3 single beds in each suite. Nautical themed Family Suite is 700 sf on the Loft Level.

Large dock that can moor up to 4 boats, 1 slip is covered for guest use.

The space
The Kitchen & Pantry include: (2) full-size refrigerators, (2) dishwashers, 36” gas Monogram cooktop w/griddle, GE Profile double ovens, microwave, (2) pantry cabinets, pots, pans & cooking utensils. The Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, cups, wine glasses, etc. ENJOY THE CONVENIENCE OF WALMART+ DELIVERY TO THIS HOME. 🙌

The Great Rm has 70" smart TV. All the King Suites have 55" smart TVs. Rec Rm/Gaming Area includes: (2) 55 inch smart TVs for a bring your own device gaming. The Kitchenette in the Rec Area has a 3rd full size refrigerator with ice maker, sink, microwave & coffee bar.

The Bedroom Suites have access to shared outdoor spaces, except for the Family Loft Suite. The Lower Level King Suite 4 includes an attached Family Room. Best for ages 5 years old and up.

Office areas are available in King Suite 1, Sunrooms outside King Suite 2 & King Suite 4 and the Family Loft Suite. Starlink high speed internet is available.

Outdoor areas include: Large dock, (2) 24'x20' decks, 10'x24' stamped patio, 8'x18' porch with porch swing, smokeless fire pit area, patio at the end of the concrete cart path. There are also (2) 30' long 3-season Sunrooms to enjoy quiet time overlooking Norris Lake and Chuck Swan Nature Preserve. An outdoor kitchen is located on the upper deck.

There are 2 laundry areas.

Record player available upon request.

Child equipment such as gates, boaster with toddler booster with tray chair, crib/pack n play are available upon minimum of 48 hours in advance request.

This home is available to host up to 18 guests, with advance written owner permission.

Guest access
Guests have access to the home with the exception of Owner’s spaces and boat. Owner may need intermittent access to the property and dock.

Other things to note
The Indoor, Heated, Jetted Pool / Hot Tub overlooks Norris Lake and Chuck Swan Nature Preserve to relax & enjoy the lake from a different perspective or alternate for weather events that prevent you from being on the lake. The door to the pool is locked and accessed with a touch pad lock. Although it is the guest responsibility and liability to ensure the pool room door is closed and locked. No diving, it is 3.5-4’ deep in the center and a seating ledge around the entire pool. No lifeguard is on duty, swim at your own risk. No running or horse play in the pool or pool room. The pool chemistry may need to be checked in person during your stay depending on the length of your stay.

Host may require a signed agreement for the booking for local compliance.

The max amount of guests staying the night at the property is 16 guest, 18 guests with Host written approval. There will be a $250 charge for each guest(s) staying the night beyond the reservation number at booking.

We have a strict no party policy. The max amount of guests allowed on the property at any one time is 18 (including visitors not staying the night), and must abide by the quiet hours listed. We do have a security cameras on the exterior of the property. If the cameras are tampered with there is a minimum of $500 fee and the stay may be immediately terminated without any refund or proration.

Please use the driveway for parking, and if street parking is needed, you can only park on the right side of the street. There are no semi/moving/box trucks or guest trailers, other than watercraft trailers allowed, only standard vehicles.

We are a non smoking and no recreational drugs on this property. If there is smoke of any kind found inside the home upon cleaning, there will be a minimum $750 fee.

No refund or proration due to issues beyond the Host control such as power outage, internet outage, or force majeure.
