This welcoming, well-kept and elegant place is the ideal destination for the days you choose to visit us with your family or friends. You can isolate yourself to relax, work remotely or have fun in the city of Chalkida, from which we are within walking distance.

The house is completely renovated with modern aesthetics and ethnic elements.
The furniture of all the rooms and the living room is new with special emphasis on comfort and aesthetics.
It is a maisonette with an internal balcony with a partial view of the northern Evian Sea.
The two bedrooms with queen size beds are located on the floor, have closets and share a bathroom with a bathtub.
The third bedroom is located on the ground floor with a king size bed which can be divided into two single beds and also has its own wardrobe.
In the living room there is a large corner sofa that can comfortably sleep an adult.
On both levels of the maisonette, there are large windows overlooking the pool and garden.
