Vacation rentals with beach access in Cythera

A true hidden gem. We had a lovely stay in October. The temperature was ideal, not too hot not too cold. The terrain has two private beaches it felt very luxurious. Amazing view of the sun rise and sun set. We also enjoyed the garden with the friendly stray cats. If we find ourselves in the area again we will definitely come back!

A very pleasant and tidy accommodation. Everything is available and we didn't miss anything. The beach beds for beach season were very welcome. This has also been thought of. And of course the view and the beach a stone's throw away. An ideal stay with the tranquility we were looking for.

A wonderful place in Spetses, close to the beach, close to town and restaurants and a bakery. The house is spotless, comfortable and well appointed, with a beautiful garden and balcony up top. Sophie is a gracious host who gave plenty of information about the house as well as about Spetses. Thank you for a great stay!

the place is graet, very clean, amazing view and outside space

Staying with Giannis was really nice. The beach house corresponds to the photos, the sea is right outside the door! There are numerous restaurants and also good shopping in the village itself. We had a rental car, which makes it easy to explore the area, Nafplion is also very easy to reach. Giannis is an excellent host who was always easily accessible and regularly asked us if anything was missing. He also showed us the place and gave us a lot of good tips. We felt very comfortable right away!

We loved our stay in this lovely secluded cottage in a charming village - host was very accommodating and we had everything we needed. What a treat to sit on the terrace and see the sea or in the garden and watch the stars.

My stay here was just what my partner and I wanted! We traveled in the off-season so not much was open except in the main city (no tourist restaurants or beach cafes), but exploring the city by the water was wonderful, plenty to eat and see. The stay was wonderful! Nice bathroom, beautiful outdoor area, and great company from the kitties. We were shown in and given plenty of information. Only down side was the bed…not the most comfortable sleep ever, but the beauty surrounding made up for it. ;) Thank you!

What a gorgeous place! Our host Panagiotis was very helpful and kind. We absolutely loved the room and town. Book it! You won’t regret it. Free beaches across the street and a wonderful town with nice people and close to many things to do including Monemvasia. We even saw two shooting stars! The stars are incredible at night. The views are gorgeous from the room. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. We loved it.

Lovely villa, 10 minute walk to the main strip Very fast responses and helpful host- met on arrival with water, wine and coffee. Towels were changed mid week. Very enjoyable:)

A nice place with a beautiful sunset view. Very close to the beach with a lot of taverns around. We recommend Woody’s tavern, the best food with a very nice people.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay, even long-term. The bed and linens were so comfy and cozy. Plenty of counter space for cooking and storage. Easy to transport luggage with no stairs and an elevator. Location to supermarkets, shops, tram and sea was perfect. Very clean and the necessary cleaning tools were provided. I really enjoyed my stary and plan to return the next time I come to Athens.

This is one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in by far! It was clean, comfortable beds, everything you need was to hand, the view was stunning, the host Nikolas was extremely helpful and friendly! We loved our stay here. Very central and great location. The rooms were spacious and it was lovely to have a balcony.

I spent two months in this apartment, and it was a truly wonderful stay. The apartment is beautiful, well-equipped, and the bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. One of the biggest highlights is the balcony – a perfect spot to relax, with cozy furniture and an incredible view of the sea. The sunsets from here are absolutely stunning. There is also a store nearby that is open all year round, which is very convenient. Zana and her husband are incredibly kind and helpful hosts who genuinely care about their guests’ comfort. I hope to have the chance to stay here for an even longer period in the future.

While I was unable to stay at the listing due to a passport issue, my friends were able to enjoy the stay. They loved the location, and the listing exceeded their expectations—it's even better than the pictures and smelled amazing. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the process. Highly recommended!
