This spacious lakefront home has so much to offer with three bedrooms, large open dining/living area, waterfront deck with outdoor kitchen and a gas grill. You are steps away from the lake, where you can enjoy swimming, boating and water sports. Great location – close to North Windham grocery stores, restaurants, hiking trails, mini golf and a 35 minute drive to Portland.

The property offers, a dock, kayaks, a swimming platform, a mooring for your boat, outdoor grill & dining area, a large flat lawn and a sandy lake entry. The home sleeps 6 comfortably with two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main floor and a bedroom, full bathroom and living room on the lower level. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook and grill for all guests. the home is so special with cathedral vaulted ceilings, an open first floor and a lower level perfect to enjoy the rainy days inside. You'll enjoy views of the lake from every room!
