Welcome to your desert hideaway located minutes from Sandia Peak Tramway, bike paths, hiking trails, parks and golf courses. Enjoy the incredible sunsets with views of the Sandia mountains set in a desirable neighborhood in NE Albuquerque. Our modern southwest home includes two spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a walk in shower in one, a bathtub in the other. An updated kitchen fully stocked, open-plan living design that make this the perfect base for your New Mexico experience.

The space
Escape to the Desert in our beautiful home in Albuquerque, NM. Situated on quiet cul-de-sac in the foothills of Sandia Mountains with high ceiling inside the great room and lots of updates in this remodeled home with new furnishings, paint and tile throughout the home.

Located just minutes to hiking, countless parks and fun family attractions. Quick drive to many fabulous restaurants, breweries, grocery stores.

• All essentials are provided: sheets, towels, paper products, shower toiletries and laundry supplies. Toiletries and laundry supplies are given but aren't in large quantities so if you are staying longer than 7 days or so you will need to buy or bring some of your own supplies.
• High speed internet throughout. Desk in kitchen nook for designated workspace, perfect for remote working.
• Amazon Smart TV’S in all rooms
• Kitchen - has all appliances you need to cook meals: refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, stove top, oven & microwave. Toaster. Keurig & traditional drip coffee pot. Pots, pans, Utensils. Lots of glassware options for all your drinks and plastic drink ware for refreshments.
• Bathrooms - Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels and paper products. One bathroom is an ensuite attached to the master bedroom. Master bathrooms complete with double sinks, step-in shower & 2 large closets. Bathroom #2 is conveniently located between Master & Bedroom 2 and has a tub/shower combo.
• The home can comfortably accommodate 6 guests based on double and single occupancy in available beds
• Master bedroom: King bed. Suite. Sleeps 2.
• Bedroom 2: Queen sleep number bed. Sleeps 2.
• Sunroom: Futon bed. Sleeps 1.
• Great room: Sofa sleeper. Sleeps 2

Each room has ceiling fans to help keep you cool during the summer days.
July and August are typically hot here in Albuquerque. The home is equipped with a swamp cooler. You must crack a window for it to cool the home and make sure the doors to the sun room are kept closed. Thank you so much!
