The space
Splendid view of nature in almost all rooms (See images)! Especially from the 1st and 2nd floors! And not to mention the strategic covered gallery (3 seasons), overlooking the hill and the lake! In the basement, the closed bedroom/family room, with a window at the exterior door also offers a very nice view as well as access to the outside, towards the lake! The rest of the basement is glazed, but with limited views...! An intimate atmosphere where calm reigns in an abundant and bucolic nature!
👉 5 closed bedrooms including one with an open family area! 2 living rooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 shower room! Accommodates up to 16 people (bed description below). The large rear gallery is covered with a canvas roof for opportunistic light and to admire the lake in comfort at all times.

- Kitchen with radiant floor (dining room too), a large bay window and patio door with lake view, is fully equipped (dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery) and equipped with a propane stove, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave and coffee maker.
Large dining table that can accommodate up to 12 people! Large closed pantry. There is an additional dining area nearby with a small table for 4 people.
- Living room with 2 comfortable leather sofas and a sofa bed, propane fireplace, TV with cable and internet. (No landline).

- Full bathroom, with shower and bath. Fenestration with views of the house, the Spa and the lake.

- 1 open concept bedroom, with a double foldaway bed and a small sofa bed (1 child) and a bunk bed (2 children).

-Hot tub at the back overlooking the lake from a large deck, covered in summer. Patio set and barbecue included. An outdoor fireplace area (wood $) is located near the hot tub overlooking the lake as well as children's swings in the forest. Steep trail on the side of the hill, with mature trees to access the lake as well as a large platform with seating where you can admire the lake and its landscape. This is how you can access the long floating dock!
-1 3-seater canoe, 1 floating island (300 lbs), 2 1-seater kayaks and 2 rigid paddle boards. Dock, observation/relaxation deck with benches and light! Parental supervision required.
-Coffee maker, pans, dishes, pots, basic cutlery, egg palette, ladle, large spoons, can opener, spaghetti spoon, sharp knives, tongs, wine bottle opener and can opener are provided!
