Good location for getting around NO easily. Enough space for 6 adults. We enjoyed our stay.

My family and I had a great time. We were close to the beach, a block away from a gas station, and one light away from Walmart. The beach is right across the street and casinos not too far away. The house had great amenities including items for the beach and plenty of room. We didn't get to enjoy the porch due to a doves nest and eggs, but would've been nice. My kids loved the pool and all being able to fit in one room with the bunk beds. We really appreciate the hospitality.

NOLA Jewel: Cozy Villa Near Streetcar Line

This is a great place in a good location (a bit of walking to get to the tram but manageable, and you can get to most places with a small Uber/Lyft fare). George is very responsive and a good host. The place is great overall. Few items to be aware of and that we didn't know or was not described: parking is street parking (one neighbor were not happy for us to park in front of her house, but we had no issue to find space), unit is a second floor unit, street is a busy street and a bit noisy, padeo is shared with 5 other units and the barbecue is not a gas barbecue, sofa bed mattress is very uncomfortable (and I would only recommend for kids to sleep there - which was our case), kitchen is missing few essential but I mentioned to George so it may be fixed when you go... Overall we had a good time and I would recommend it.

Spencer's place was fantastic! A very nicely decorated space, and we had everything we needed. The only thing I would suggest be added are cleaning supplies so guests can tidy bathroom and kitchen after use during the stay. Great experience, highly recommend!

This was my second stay! I travel alone so Stephanie's setup is particularly comfortable. Both the bedroom and bathroom are spacious, nicely appointed, very clean, and private. The dining room is near the entrance to the private suite which was convenient when I arrived with occasional takeout. Stephanie is very sweet and covers all of the details to make a comfortable stay. The location feels like country yet is a stones throw to the city amenities.
