It has a big yard and a balcony, which has uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea, and there is a quiet secluded beach below which makes this a unique spot.The accommodation is light and airy, tasteful and modern.The kitchen is fully equipped, and fitted with a large fridge and oven. House Bougainvillea has 40m2, a large room with sleeping area, bathroom with W/C and Shower and an open plan kitchen (fridge and cooking facility) and a large terrace (25M2) with chairs and a table, which has view to the sea and Evoia. The view is partly limited through house Pelagos.
