Summer house with majestic view of the Aegean!

This new private apartment is located on a high hill, 300 metres from the picturesque port of Linaria and is the first floor of a two-story summer house. It has a big yard and a balcony, which has uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea, and there is a quiet secluded beach below which makes this a unique spot.The accommodation is light and airy, tasteful and modern.The kitchen is fully equipped, and fitted with a large fridge and oven. The bedroom has a double bed with wooden, fitted cupboards.

Art Gallery House

My house is only 250m away from Aspous sandy beach. It is a typical traditional Skyrian house surrounded by a big courtyard full of trees and flowers. My aim was to create a convenient and charming place which combines the Skyrian style along with modern elements for relaxing vacations and contact with nature and the sea. The walls are covered with lovely paintings. This is ideal for a couple or a couple with children with the area being very safe and plenty of shade around the property.

The House Bougainvillea with its heavenly blue shatters provides a lot of space for a couple or on request we can provide a single bed for a child. House Bougainvillea has 40m2, a large room with sleeping area, bathroom with W/C and Shower and an open plan kitchen (fridge and cooking facility) and a large terrace (25M2) with chairs and a table, which has view to the sea and Evoia. The view is partly limited through house Pelagos.

The view form the front, shaded porch, is unique at all times of the day, while the house has two bedrooms with comfortable bedrooms, a living room with a sofa-bed, a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen that guarantees your comfort during the ypur stay there. The room is decorated based on the traditional culture of Skyros, including all the necessary room facilities such as a fridge, coffee pot, etc. Moreover, the place provides privacy and a unique beautiful yard, surrouded by aesthetic foliage plants and lawn.

Traditional House near the sea with beautiful view, ideal for a family or a group of friends. The house is in our family estate in Kalamitsa bay and it is only 5 minutes walking distance from Kalamitsa beach, where you can also find a taverna and a mini market.
