House Bougainvillea has 40m2, a large room with sleeping area, bathroom with W/C and Shower and an open plan kitchen (fridge and cooking facility) and a large terrace (25M2) with chairs and a table, which has view to the sea and Evoia. The view is partly limited through house Pelagos.

Our beautiful property is right next to the beach with a stunning ocean view. The entire house apartment for rent ,has a living area of 110m² big with an additional 65m² of terraces. There are two master bedrooms, one gallery bedroom with double beds and a small room with a single bed. Additionally there are two single sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen comes fully equipped and there are two bathrooms.

The house is located North-East attached to an isolated beach (300m awayfrom the house), 13 km away from the village and 17km away from the port. The airport is 4 Km away. The beach house is located right on the seaside of Molos, Skyros island, placed on a very quiet square with restaurants, beach bars and mini market just 2 minutes away. It is a studio, part of a bigger beach house but has its own privacy (entranceway, veranda), up to 4 people can be accommodated. The scenery is spectacular and relaxing.

Traditional House near the sea with beautiful view, ideal for a family or a group of friends. The house is in our family estate in Kalamitsa bay and it is only 5 minutes walking distance from Kalamitsa beach, where you can also find a taverna and a mini market.
