We stayed for two days and the experience was more than positive. The apartment is modern, well-furnished and equipped with every comfort. A stone's throw from the main square of Civitanova from which you can reach the promenade and the shopping and nightlife streets. Carlo proved to be an impeccable host, attentive to our well-being and helpful every time we contacted him. 5 stars with honors for Carlo and his beautiful home.

We had a great time at Arianna's place. She is a very welcoming person, who gave us some great tips for going out or eating. She also made our arrival much easier. The apartment was clean, tidy and well arranged. Located in a small village, we enjoyed the calm of the place but also the proximity of the surrounding towns and the sea not far away. Communication was also perfect, especially since Arianna speaks very good English. A person and a place that are really recommended for any stay in the area. Thank you so much for a great week.

Oxana and her husband are wonderful, friendly and very helpful people! The house is very nice, the kitchen and bathroom are very clean and the bed is really comfortable! Parking and a Coop supermarket downstairs, great! Highly recommended!

We loved staying here! What a perfect location. A private house super close to the beach, but away from the fray of the main beach street. Only 5 minutes to walk to the beach. So nice not to have to worry about parking. We went to the free beach next to the Blu beach. The apartment was clean and spacious. Good place to relax and cook basic meals. There is a small yard and table so you can eat outside. Easy parking for the car. Super nice host! We would love to come again.

We returned again this year to this apartment, which is perfect for us: always very clean, fully equipped, with the large terrace from which you can see the sea and the huge garage where both the car and the bikes are comfortably stored. It's close to the sea and bike paths. Uanita is always very kind and helpful. We always have a great time!

Nice accommodation close to Ancona train station. Shops within walking distance and many amenities in the apartment. Thanks also to Roberta for her responsiveness and kindness! Warning, allow 30 minutes on foot to reach the city center.

Beautiful house immersed in the Marche hills, a stone's throw from the sea and really beautiful villages. The house is cozy and comfortable. It is admirable by Giulia that she gave us the opportunity to stay overnight having several cats in tow.

We had a wonderful time in Fermo. Fabrizio’s flat was ideally situated for access to the town. He guided us into the premises assisted us with our luggage and provided car parking passes. The flat had a historic charm, the ceiling murals were outstanding and the views from the bedroom and bathroom were gorgeous. Fabrizio communicated with us throughout our stay in a very friendly manner and was generous with what was provided. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a great time. Accommodation as described in a great location x explore the surroundings. Andrea is a really kind host, he welcomed us in person by making us find Pizzette,juices and a bottle of wine in the kitchen. Recommended.

The stay was very pleasant, very clean apartment, comfortable beds, very fast Wi-Fi, very close to the center that can be reached comfortably on foot, about 10 minutes, always free parking in front of the house. A few steps away is the beautiful Abbey of Santa Maria in Castagnola, an architectural Romanesque but within Gothic style, very well preserved. It's worth a visit. More than positive!

Our stay was simply perfect, the two of them were extraordinarily helpful and the house was so clean and tidy that we have never felt as comfortable in other places as we did here. They were really friendly hosts and in addition they took care of our furry friend when we were not at home... an unforgettable experience, in fact, we will soon be more than happy to go back! thank you.

Beautiful home, beautiful people. Lots of space for a family of four to relax. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need including x3 different methods for making coffee! Fluffy white towels - beautifully clean and cool. Well located between the beach and the old town. Also the most comfortable beds. Senigallia is a very cool place. We’ll be back.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Self check-in is very easy to use. Alessandro was very quick to give me advice when I had questions about the city. I'd love to go back! Just a three-minute walk from the apartment is the incredible restaurant La DegOsteria. If you book a little in advance, you can have a table on the terrace. The wine list is up to the quality of the cuisine, which is already very high!

A very nice, clean and comfortable apartment! The location is great, and everything you need is within walking distance: the sea, the city center, restaurants, clubs and the supermarket. Very quiet area, ideal for a perfect vacation.

Mrs. Stefania is very helpful, she recommended many beautiful places to visit. Very nice apartment, with all the essentials. We felt right at home.

Danielle was super friendly and responsive and if you like to cook the kitchen is very well equiped.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Lovely stay. The hosts were very helpful. Made recommendations for trips and responded very quickly. The place was older date, but fine working. Lovely air conditioning. Lovely large pool with sun beds. Nice view of the water. And short walk to beach and town. The parking stall is very small.

I stayed at Marco's with my family for a week. The house is very nice, it perfectly matches the description. It is close to the center of Numana and you can reach both the Spiaggiola and the Frate Beach on foot. It is convenient as a starting point to visit the entire Conero Riviera. Great experience. We stayed at Villa Terrione for 10 days over Pentecost in May with 2 kimderns and 2 adults. The property is as new, mega-maintained and very well equipped. The facility is secured, so you can leave your car and valuables with a clear conscience. Pool (unheated) and jacuzzi and tennis court in top condition. Even 4 tennis rackets and balls were available. The location is quietly located in a mixed area away from the city. A great restaurant is 100 meters away ( definitely try it). Annamaria and Francesco were great hosts! We had WiFi topics at the beginning, they took care of them right away. Every request is kindly and confidently answered. We will be happy to come back.

The place matches the photos. The place is clean, large number of kitchenware. Dishwasher and washing machine was a plus. We also consider a separate toilet/toilet a big plus. The shower stall was a bit narrow but we managed. If there was WIFI in the flat it would have been totally ideal. There is no climate in the apartment, but since the building is located in a park, it is pleasant even without it in the evening. The price of the accommodation included bedding and towels. The accommodation is in a quiet zone full of trees and palm trees. A large and small pool is available for free, but a bathing cap is needed. We didn't use the pools. The beach is sandy and stone, clean sea. The beach is about 5 minutes, there are both buffets and a restaurant on the beach. Umbrellas with sunbeds are a fee, but there is also space for your own blanket and umbrella. The sea is warm, beautifully open and is flanked by Mount Conero on your left. A boat departs directly from the beach to Due Sorelle. The cruise lasts 3 hours, including 1 hour on the beach Two Sisters.
