The apartment is in a very good location and very nice. Outside of the crowd. The size is perfect for a comfortable multi-day stay. Everything is new and very clean. And Gian Marco is very available. I also appreciated the clear instructions regarding how the apartment works. A big thank you.

Excellent location both for the distance from the sea, you cross the road and reach the beach, and from the city center, a walk along the promenade allows you to arrive in a few minutes. Friendly welcome and helpfulness from the host. Recommended solution!!

The stay was very pleasant, very clean apartment, comfortable beds, very fast Wi-Fi, very close to the center that can be reached comfortably on foot, about 10 minutes, always free parking in front of the house. A few steps away is the beautiful Abbey of Santa Maria in Castagnola, an architectural Romanesque but within Gothic style, very well preserved. It's worth a visit. More than positive!

We were guests in this house for 11 days and we had a very good time. The apartment, with careful cleaning, is equipped with everything you need in every area: kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Appreciated the TV that allows different connections (Netflix, Amazon Prime and others) the coffee machine with different capsules available, as well as the availability of other useful items in the kitchen, such as salt, oil, vinegar and more. The bed is very comfortable, with availability of change of sheets as well as towels. The private garage is very useful, and in any case there are free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the house. The location is convenient both for reaching the sea in a few minutes and for visiting, within a few kilometers, the numerous medieval villages of great interest located on the green hills of the Marche. We thank Alessio and his mother for the courtesy with which they welcomed us, sending them a cordial and warm greeting!

Spacious and very cozy apartment. Everything was as described. Very friendly and active host in finding useful tourist information, which we asked for before our arrival. Really available for all our requests and flexible with check-in times. Absolutely recommended!

Beautiful home, beautiful people. Lots of space for a family of four to relax. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need including x3 different methods for making coffee! Fluffy white towels - beautifully clean and cool. Well located between the beach and the old town. Also the most comfortable beds. Senigallia is a very cool place. We’ll be back.

We had a wonderful vacation in Macerata and the apartment was one of the elements that made the stay truly perfect. The house is cozy, clean and cared for in every detail. The spaces are well distributed, with everything you need to feel at home — from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable and quiet sleeping area. The location is excellent: quiet but close to the historic center, ideal for visiting the city on foot and enjoying the beauty of the Marche surroundings. Highly recommended! If we return to Macerata, we already know where we want to stay!

Davide's was very friendly, reactive and flexible, even if we booked the flat last minute. We were 3 adults and 2 kids and it accomodated everyone super well. It is literally 5 minutes walk to the beach and everything you may need. I can definitely recommend!

Excellent solution for staying in the Conero area: 15/20 minutes from Numana and Sirolo, very clean, well maintained accommodation in a very quiet location. Tonino is a great host, helpful, responsive, no problems. Easy parking near the house, for us who were on motorcycles even in the inner courtyard: if we pass by again we will definitely stop here. Absolutely recommended

My family and I stayed in Francesco's apartment for a week. Francesco is a responsive, friendly and very helpful host. His apartment, clean and spacious, is located in the historic center of Sirolo and close to the Urbani beach (a stone's throw from the house, free shuttle to the sea). APT as in the photos. Highly recommended!

Andrea is a very kind host, the house is equipped with every comfort, the kitchen has every possible utensil, the beds are very comfortable, I slept really well. The area is very quiet, you can easily reach the sea on foot (although there is an excellent free shuttle service). The house is very comfortable and nice. There were 4 of us for a week. We will definitely be back. Andrea Top, very kind and very attentive.

Gabriele’s place was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 youth, ages 14 & 18). Gabriele’s dad graciously greeted us at the train station and transported our luggage to the apartment, while we rode with friends we were visiting. Everything in apartment looked brand new and it was extremely clean. The bedroom was spacious and bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was also comfortable and easy to set up. Provided excellent instructions on using the WiFi and checking out. Bathroom was spacious and well appointed. Gabriele provided plenty of linens and towels. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Mr. Roberto was helpful,kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times, communication was quick and easy via mobile number via chat. We really appreciated the accommodation corresponding to the description, with attention to detail in a rustic style with a particular decor inside with memorabilia of a past life, simple and functional, located in a quiet area near the historic center of Piagge, very nice even for a walk with the dog. We also appreciated the surprises of the house, a very good dove with a kit for travel nails (for the sister), brioches for breakfast, and various snacks in the fridge. The area is quite well served next to the accommodation you can find a very good pizzeria and just ahead there is a practical tobacco bar with pharmacy next door highly recommended.

Mrs. Stefania is very helpful, she recommended many beautiful places to visit. Very nice apartment, with all the essentials. We felt right at home.

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

We had a great week. The house has a spectacular view and offers everything you need. Cinzia and her husband were always very kind and available for every need and we will definitely return to their home for a relaxing stay.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

We had a wonderful day there, we had a wonderful time. It was a little paradise for us. If you are looking for relaxation and relaxation, this is the place to be. The pool is fantastic, you can use it until late at night and admire the stars, you can only recommend that. We had an apartment for three people and it is completely sufficient. The highlight was the two bathrooms, so no stress while getting ready after a day of bathing. Also great praise to the hostess, a very, very friendly person who was always there to help. One more small tip, if you don't want to do without the beach, then we recommend the sandy beach in Torrette di Fano, about 20 minutes by car.

Beautiful location, tastefully furnished apartment, very functional with a comfortable small pool in the middle of the greenery with beautiful and very well-kept plants. A stay that I highly recommend to those who love the countryside and the tranquility of the Marche. The only painful note is the absence of mosquito nets on the windows ( apart from a double bedroom) and the lack of air conditioning in the living room and kitchen. Being a “attic” the heat creates significant problems. At least one bottle of water would have been helpful and very welcome upon arrival

Great apartment in the middle of the Marche. Sea, mountains, beautiful towns and castles, all in the nearby area. The house is a little outside, there are other units in the building, but we didn't notice it. Everything is available in the apartment, good modern kitchen with dishwasher. The beds were quite hard but ok. The only thing that bothered us were the nesting birds under the roof - the freshly hatched chicks were continuously supplied with excited tattering. But somehow also quite cute and that's how it is on an old farm.

Great place, street parking was a little challenging but easy once you found it. One bedroom was closed off because they hadn't cleaned it but Andrea offered and if it had been at all important to us would have opened it up. It was not important to us so we just left it closed. All in all easy, clean, nice neighborhood.
