Monthly Rentals in Siesta Key

Fabulous location right across from main beach. Jolanta has put a lot of thought into making sure everything you need for a great stay is in her condo. We really appreciated this. She also was great at answering our questions. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the decks outside. We did have some noisy neighbors upstairs one night but otherwise a quiet peaceful stay. Pool is beautiful and although we didn’t use the tennis courts they were nice. Thanks for a great stay!

We love this condo so much we already booked for next year, The location is amazing and we easily walked to beach in 10-20 minutes (depending on wait for traffic.). The outdoors is beautiful and peaceful. There were 3 of us in the condo and the size was perfect. If there is an issue, it is dealt with in 10 minutes and addressed by the team. Pictures on Airbnb are accurate. As a mention, we noticed some damage of chairs on back porch, perhaps related to last hurricane. We assume these will be replaced. The sofa and chairs in living room could use a cleaning....With that said, we find this condo perfect for our 3 week stay.

Jonathan was a fantastic host and his home was exactly what we needed as a home base as we explored beautiful Siesta Key. Jonathan has thought of everything that would make a guest comfortable. He even went out of his way to purchase an appliance we needed (pressure / slow cooker) to support our child who has special eating issues. The home was incredibly well equipped, comfortable, and completely renovated with top of the line everything. The master bedroom had quite possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The water pressure is strong with plenty of hot water and the bathrooms are gorgeous. My kids enjoyed hanging out in the lanai (screened in porch) where they could watch their iPads or socialize in peace. We enjoyed the lovely community pool and all the friendly neighbors. The location is perfect. An easy walk or trolley ride to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Jonathan was responsive, within minutes, of any question we had.

Beautiful location, just a short walk to Siesta Key beach or the town there. The house had everything you could possibly need for cooking, cleaning, laundry, the beach, etc. The host, Billie, was also very nice and responsive. Highly recommend this stay as it was a great experience!
