As a group of 3 this was great value. Amazing location. Accommodation was spacious and well maintained. A lovely complementary gift started our short break off with a smile and so appreciated. Would definitely return in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay in Helens apartment. The location is fantastic within a short walk from everthing. Apartment was as described, really clean, well equipped and comfortable. Lovely and spacious with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms so perfect for the 4 of us. It has a lovely balcony and enclosed outdoor area so perfect if you want to bring a dog....I can confirm it was a big paws up from our dog Marley who loved his stay. Helen was the best host, really informative offering recommendations in the local area and very responsive to messages. If you are wanting a short break in this area then this apartment is spot on. Perfect accommodation in a lovely corner of Devon. Within easy access of the beach, shops and restaurants. Great host, very responsive to any questions we had. Would happily stay there again

We had a fantastic stay at Russels apartment. The location is amazing, right on the beach, so we woke to the sounds of the sea every morning. The apartment is big and spacious, bigger than it looks in the photos and the large parking space was a great bonus. The beach is shingle and the sea calm, ideal for novice paddle boarders like me. The staff at the Bay restaurant next door are really friendly and the food was lovely. We visited many of Russels recommended places for food and all were good. There are a few shops very near by and the coastal path makes a great morning walk or run. We will be back x

As a family we have stayed in a fair few properties in Hope Cove and we all agreed this was one of the best. Plenty of space, great location, comfy beds and an enclosed garden for the dog. Having parking for up to 4 cars was really good as well. We would 100% book again.

Me and my friends had a lovely stay at Amy’s place, parking was right outside and the beach on your doorstep. Ideal location with everything you could need nearby. Amy’s place is done to a very high standard will definitely be back soon

our second stay this year , we absolutely love the place , beautiful views and a stunningly well equipped cottage , spotlessly clean , you feel at home as soon as you arrive , the welcoming fresh flowers and bottle of fizz were a great touch thank you :) Steve is a great host and is easily contactable if needed and responds quickly. we look forward to staying again , if you are reading these reviews and thinking of staying here , book it now I promise you won't regret it !!

The pictures honestly don’t do this beautiful home justice. The rooms are bright and airy, and the garden area has wonderful views across the bay. Just a short walk from the beach and some great eating options, this really is a gem! The hosts could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Don’t bother looking elsewhere - just book it if it’s available, you will not be disappointed!

This is our second stay and it was as lovely as our first. Everything was as per the listing and clean and tidy. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back again.

A beautiful place in a perfect location next to the beach in Lyme Regis. Tristan was a great host and we would couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I have just enjoyed a four night stay at Grey Joy. A beautifully presented and perfectly located cosy house. It has everything you need including a lovely outside space. Grey Joy is a few foot steps from Chesil beach and next door to The Cove pub. I could not have been happier with this little Air B&B

We had a great stay. The flat was as described and well set up for a toddler. There were even toys to play with.

Great position of Airbnb overlooking the water. Lots to see whilst relaxing on the balcony. Binoculars were a great extra! Apartment itself was very nice , fully fitted out kitchen, lovely bathroom, comfy lounge area. Made for a relaxing break. Exmouth was excellent . Beautiful beaches, promenade and gardens. Town centre was nice to wander around too - with lots of places to eat/drink. We really enjoyed our short break in Exmouth and will definitely be back.

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

Perfect stay for a short break in Woolacombe with my sister, we arrived earlier than anticipated and Emily let us check in early which was super nice and handy, apartment was clean, spacious and idyllic, would recommend and next time we are back in Woolacombe (our family favourite place) we would stay again! Karens place is wonderful. i would recommend anytime and would definitely book again if we are ever in the area. Great location and everything was spotless and clean. One of the best Airbnb's we've stayed in. We hardly used our car as everything was easily accessible either on foot or via public transport.

Great Airbnb! Really spacious, with a super comfy sitting room and beds. Great space in the kitchen with a very cute outside area. Roz left really clear instructions, and was on hand for any questions. My son really appreciated Roz putting the single beds together - thank you! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

From start to finish a wonderful stay. We were lucky with the weather but there was lots to do even if we hadn’t been so fortunate. The little house was spotlessly clean and everything there to make our stay comfortable. Plenty of room inside and out with a charming patio including table and chairs. We will definitely be back. So handy too right by the sea and walkable to many restaurant cafes. Lovely Marina 2 minutes away. All in all first class.

Perfect location! Amazing seaside views, really enjoyed watching the waves and people watching from the comfort of the sofa/bedroom. Kitchen well stocked and lovely touch of bread, milk, jam and biscuits for breakfast the next day. The sofa bed was really comfy for our two children, and plenty of space for our family of four. Super clear instructions to enter, and the parking permit was a huge plus! Really enjoyed our stay!
