Discover a modern environment that treasures its origins. In ancient times it was a Carretteria, a typical Sicilian structure, where the Sicilian carts were built and at the same time the straw was transported inside. There are many signs of that time, integrated in an atmosphere where you can breathe Sicily yesterday and today. The characteristic exposed stone, the peculiarity of the soft lights and the crackling of the fireplace, make the ambiance very romantic and characteristic.

The house is located in the heart of Ortigia close to Piazza Duomo, Teatro Comunale, Palazzo Bellomo, Palazzo Montalto, Piazza Archimedes Archimedean Museum, the Temple of Apollo. At walking distance from the Cala Rossa beach and access to the Solarium, near Pubs, Pizzerias and Restaurants, the stop of the electric bus is close to home. Fantastic apartment located on the main floor of the House that was the Prince of Lampedusa, author of "Il Gattopardo". The fully restored apartment is located in the historical center of Palermo, surrounded by the major museums and theaters of the city. The entrance leads to the living room connected to the fully equipped kitchen-living room. Both rooms overlook the large terrace with pool. The apartment continues with 3 double bedrooms with a.c. and 2 bathrooms.

From the terrace you will have the pleasure of admiring a breathtaking view of Lipari. The house is a small part of a typical countryside house. There is an open living room with a kitchen zone - in this room it is possible to open up a divan bed, or if you prefer two single beds. In the bedroom there is a double bed, and when necessary there is enough space to add a single bed. The bathroom has a shower and there is also an outdoor shower on the terrace.

It has been recently fully refurbished to high standards and the guests can enjoy a warm and welcome environment surrounded by art and design.
