01 Standard Single room with separate Bathroom.

We have a quite big house with a beautiful garden. We reside 4 km away from Negombo city & from our house, it's only 20 minutes drive (12 km) to the Katunayaka international airport. As our home is not very far from Katunayaka International airport, "Villa SHADE" is also geared to provide accommodation for the travelers for a short stay before begin the tour in Sri Lanka or at the end of the tour before leaving to the airport.
Airport pick up & Airport drop also can be arranged for 16.00 US $ & 13.00 US $ respectively.

We provide the following facilities.

Where you’ll be

Negombo, Western Province, Sri Lanka

Negombo is a modest beach town located close to Bandaranaike International Airport. With a stash of decent hotels and restaurants to suit all pockets, a friendly local community, an interesting old quarter and a reasonable (though polluted) beach, Negombo is a much easier place to get your Sri Lankan feet than Colombo.

The Dutch captured the town from the Portuguese in 1640, lost it, and then captured it again in 1644. The British then took it from them in 1796 without a struggle. Negombo was one of the most important sources of cinnamon during the Dutch era, and there are still reminders of the European days.

The busy centre of Negombo town lies to the west of the bus and train stations. Most places to stay, however, line the main road that heads north from the town centre, running almost parallel to the beach.

Taking another step forward in our journey, we warmly welcome the guests to our two newly built Luxury chalets named “Olu” and “Kumudu”. This is another step forward in our efforts to make your stay an unforgettable experience. Presently we rent 02 bed rooms at our home; 01 Deluxe Double room with en suite Bathroom, 01 Standard Single room with separate Bathroom.
