Another fantastic longterm stay. I rebooked this property for another two months following a 1 1/2 month stay late last year. The hosts are great and the house is very comfortable for families. Great kitchen and backyard. Easy access to downtown and LRAFB. Good not be happier with our stay.

Excellent location for a long term rental. The North Little Rock location can have you in Little Rock in minutes. The apartment appears to have been recently renovated and is in beautiful condition. An amazing layout including a laundry room. The off street parking is also nice. Many neighbors park on the street, and I was more comfortable with the off street spaces, yes plural, two spaces are included. Every item you could need was in the well stocked kitchen. The bathroom is also a standout. Multiple shower heads made it a spa like experience. Anyone needing a long term rental in the area couldn't go wrong with this listing. When not working, the neighborhood is very close to wooded parks with many lakes to enjoy.All in all a wonderful time.
