Very good location, friendly and discreet host. Air conditioning is available. All you could do in the kitchen. Nice little garden furniture. Sunbed etc. Small detail, the rental is an outbuilding part of a large house with the same gate as the hosts, as well as the pool, but it is only used by Airbnb renters. 🌴☀️

Dina is an excellent host!! Always responsive and willing to help, it has met all the special needs we requested. The house was spotlessly clean and tidy, with all the facilities needed for a quiet and cozy stay. Very comfortable beds, clean towels, clean and smelling sheets, and a delicious and very enjoyable outdoor space. We were very satisfied because it exceeded our expectations. I recommend it and will definitely be back!

We liked it very much. At the property, the gigantic pool in particular is a highlight as well as the quiet location in the nature with a view. The property and cottage is a bit outdated, but very authentic. You can reach many great beaches, cliff hiking trails, as well as the very beautiful fishing village of Sesimbra in a short time by car. We also took day trips to Lisbon and Sintra. Host Barbara was extremely helpful, friendly and straightforward. Thank you!

Pleasant house in a quiet environment, what we were looking for for holidays with 2 children. The house is well-equipped and the pool 20m from the terrace was a big plus. The host guided us well for the key exchange and check-out. The welcome coffee was a nice touch. We would recommend it.

Place was amazing, the team was very responsive, weather didn't help us use all the amenities that it offered (rainy and cold so no pool), but we tried to use as much as was available and everything worked perfectly. They also allowed us with our lovely dog Curra who also loved staying in the house and running in the beach. All in all the place was excellent, perfect natural surroundings and calm serenity.

Super pleasant vacations in a very quiet place and spectacular house. Top decoration and garden outdoor area and very nice swimming pool. House equipped with all the necessary equipment. Super helpful and always available host. Super recommend it!

We were two families with our 4 children 7 days, the house corresponds to what was stated in the listing, everything was clean and smelled very good. The house is very comfortable to have direct access from the living room and kitchen to the pool, the pool is great a very comfortable size and a depth that allows everyone to enjoy. The kitchen, living room and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the BBQ is spacious and very comfortable ( but the area where the table is at midday gives a lot of sun). The area of the outdoor sofas are very much enjoyed in the evening playing board games, the only thing I recommend should be improved in the house is that one of the aviation of the has no air conditioning and the truth that on color nights is appreciated, we could not get both cars inside because we could not use the automatic gate ( outside the house no problem parking). In conclusion, the most important thing is that the experience was very good, we had a great time and really enjoyed the house.

pleasant stay with friends (5 adults and 4 children) with room for everyone. very well equipped and clean accommodation, no noise. We were able to visit easily and enjoy the beautiful pool and its amenities. I recommend it!!

Two families stayed for 10 days with young children. Breathtaking scenery, beautiful house. 10 minutes from town and the beach. Children also had great fun feeding the goats with the farmer. Thank you for a great stay, we will be back.

The house is nice and the heated pool was a bonus.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The place was perfect for our family. The facilities were fantastic. There was every pot, pan and utensil you could need for cooking all your meals. They have thought of everything when designing the house. There’s an indoor and outdoor shower by the pool. The room with bunk beds had toys and books which was fantastic as we had a toddler with us. All communication was excellent and check in etc was great. We were met at the property and shown around. Lots of suggestions and recommendations. There’s not really anything in walking distance so best to have a car which we did. But cabs were easily available and not expensive. But for a chill out stay you don’t need to leave the home. It feels safe and secure and is stylish and comfortable. Lovely hosts. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Celia and Alex couldn’t have been more welcoming or accommodating, we had a lovely stay at their place. Great apartment, perfectly placed to explore and had lots of toys and books for the baby as well as a parasol for the beach- they also kindly lent us their own baby bath which was sweet of them! We had an extraordinary stay in this sublime house where everything has been well thought out and where everything is functional. The outside is super nice with its pool which is superb, clean, with the equipment that goes with it (sunbeds, barbecue, small outdoor lounge). The house is located in a superb extremely quiet area. Shops are within 1km. Ability to bring the car inside. Really a dream house that my husband and I fell in love with! Thanks to Reda who was very nice. We'll definitely be back;)

The stay was great! Overall, the place exceeded our expectations. We were a group of 8 adults, 2 children and 2 toddlers and there was enough space for everyone so that you could spread out well in the house if necessary. And while eating, everyone could sit together comfortably at the large dining table in the cozy living/dining room. Unfortunately, the weather was not optimal for long pool days, but we were still able to use it. Especially the kids had a lot of fun. There was everything you need. Kitchen is super equipped. Since we drink a lot of coffee, the small espresso machine was not enough, but that was the only thing we were missing and we quickly found an alternative for us and bought a simple filter coffee machine in the nearby discount store. If we had any questions or concerns, the hosts always responded very quickly and helped. Thanks a lot! 🙂

The house is fantastic and has all the amenities to make you feel at home. The area is calm and very close to the Serra da Arrábida and the beaches. João is an amazing host and gave us a great weekend. Recommend!!!

Great place and a great host

Very nice welcome from Paula and her husband. We found a spacious and very clean house. The pool and outbuilding with billiards, the calm and the environment were very pleasant. We would recommend and would not hesitate to return if we have a chance. Thank you again for your welcome.

We spent a week at Rui's place, we were on vacation with family (large group), and the place is perfect for a gathering of family or friends, the house is clean, the neighborhood is peaceful and Rui was always responsive to our requests. An excellent base for visiting Setubal (20min) Sesimbra (35min) and even Lisbon (45min)

Had a wonderful peaceful stay , great services especially gardener and Cleaners. Sofia was great very efficient and friendly a lovely lady.
