We stayed in the appartment for 1,5 month and worked remotely from it. The communication with the host was very easy and they even got us a desk when we asked for it. The kichten is well equipped, wifi worked very well. The balcony offers nice views over the ocean and Sesimbra is a lovely town. The only thing to improve would be to give more space for guests things, for example the wardrobe in the bedroom was 2/3 full of some house items. Other than that all good :)

The accommodation is in a beautiful environment, very well connected and stocked. It has all the necessary amenities and household items, as well as it was delivered very clean and well decorated; it is bright, spacious and functional. Patrick and his wife were very helpful and understanding (our arrival was delayed three hours longer than expected for flight delays). They were attentive to all our needs and inquiries (they provided us with crib and high chair for babies). Personally, they are very warm and friendly. Highly recommended for families with children as the apartment is safe and functional.

Bruno was very kind to us and explained everything very well. The apartment was small but for us it was perfect and comfortable, with the necessary things. Impeccable cleanliness, you can tell it's done with affection for the guests. He gave us tips about the city and answered all our questions. I 100% recommend it to anyone who wants to get to know Sesimbra. What a beautiful place, with friendly and charismatic people. The building has a swimming pool with breathtaking sea views and for those who like to work out, there is also a gym in the building (there is not much but you can do something). The only thing I found a little complicated was getting back, had to take a detour when we wanted to drive to the port, if you don't know the streets it takes about 15 minutes to get to the apartment. To get to the beach you have to walk a little too, for those who don't like to walk much it will be tiring. I got used to it on the second day and it was even good to be able to get to know the city without haste. Thanks for an unforgettable week Bruno. Best wishes 😊

We've been here a few days and everything's perfect. The apartment has everything you might need and is very quiet and cozy. Sandra was very attentive and very flexible with check-in and check-out times, as we arrived and left late. The building is very nice and the ocean views are beautiful. The only downside is that Sesimbra has many slopes and going up from the beach involves quite a few stairs. In the village there are plenty of great restaurants to eat grilled fish at reasonable prices. A pleasure to have stayed.

The stay was wonderful, the space is as shown in the photos, everything is very clean and organized. Communication with the host is super fast and the location is close to everything. I recommend it and I'll be back more often, for sure!

Super recommend the place. The beach right in front is super beautiful, the apartment is VERY complete, the neighborhood has everything... from markets to several wonderful restaurants. We love the stay and the place!

We had an amazing stay with my family. It’s a beautiful quiet location. There’s a beautiful pool and very close to the beach. Perfect for families. The restaurants are fantastic and there’s lots to do. Lisbon is really close and has a variety of museums to keep the kids busy. The whole team are super lovely and helpful and always happy to help. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Lisbon! From the very beginning, communication with the host was smooth, friendly, and welcoming – always helpful and responsive. The apartment itself is spotless, very well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It’s beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect – peaceful and quiet. It’s an ideal place for a couple looking for a cozy and calm retreat in the city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Five stars!!! We had such a wonderful time in this amazing and family friendly apartment. It is located in a great neighborhood in Seixal, and the river view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous. The apartment was super clean, beautiful aesthetic, and well organized. We loved Anna’s recommendations in terms of things to do, and the local restaurants around the area. She was also very responsive to our inquiries during our stay - super helpful. Thank you so much. We definitely recommend this place.

Very nice apartment, almost new, very clean and very well equipped. The rooftop pool is very beautiful and the view too (pity we are not allowed to enjoy the weather).

The property was great - living area exceeded expectations, was clean and spacious with great access to the (very nice) pool (and I presume gym but we didn't use it). The property is a great base for visits to local beaches, restaurants & supermarkets and further afield for trips into the centre of Lisbon. Although accessable by public transport or taxis we found having a hire car was very helpful. The best part of this property is the host João, who was very communicative from before arrival and beyond departure, giving clear instructions, good local advice and helpful links to amenities and landmarks both locally and in Lisbon. He went well above and beyond and was responsive to any questions and was keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I have no hesitations in reccomending this property and João as a host.

The stay was great! Overall, the place exceeded our expectations. We were a group of 8 adults, 2 children and 2 toddlers and there was enough space for everyone so that you could spread out well in the house if necessary. And while eating, everyone could sit together comfortably at the large dining table in the cozy living/dining room. Unfortunately, the weather was not optimal for long pool days, but we were still able to use it. Especially the kids had a lot of fun. There was everything you need. Kitchen is super equipped. Since we drink a lot of coffee, the small espresso machine was not enough, but that was the only thing we were missing and we quickly found an alternative for us and bought a simple filter coffee machine in the nearby discount store. If we had any questions or concerns, the hosts always responded very quickly and helped. Thanks a lot! 🙂

An amazing home and a super nice, thoughtful host! The photos don't show what the house really is, the house is really amazing! A very nice interior, where you have everything, a wonderful outdoor space. There are not many words to describe Mr. Paulo, where he made available to us food chairs for the two children and even went to buy on the day of check-in a crib, mattress and sheets! A home and the Host of the best. We want to go back!

Everything was perfect

We had a great stay with Gem & Gary. They are incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. The house is lovely and had everything we needed. It’s also just a few minutes walk from some amazing beaches.

We enjoyed the lovely house and the pool for 14 days! Everything was super clean. The house met the description! Especially the many seating areas in the garden and on the terrace were lovely! The house is centrally located to make nice trips and to visit nice restaurants and wineries!
