Pros: -Amazing location (that's what you're paying so much for) -Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby -Clean/Smells clean, too, which is important -Quiet area -Responsive and nice host -Big living area Cons: -Some aspects could be updated, including the shower head and windows, but these aspects didn't ruin our stay. -Bedrooms and beds are quite small, but the beds and pillows are comfortable. -Laundry machine is very old but still works

the apartment is located in an ideal position for visiting downtown Pesaro and also for the promenade. Sara was very kind and provided a lot of useful information and places to visit during my stay. Absolutely recommended for any stay in Pesaro!

We felt at home right after arrival, everything was very clean and tidy and our little dog also had enough space. The balconies offer a wonderful view of the sea or the harbor. There are great restaurants around the property and on the other side of the harbor you can walk along the promenade and stop at bars and cafes. There are also plenty of dog-friendly beaches and people. We would book the place again at any time and definitely recommend it!

isabella's apartment was taken care of in every detail. from the fixtures that left outside noise, both in the furniture. Very clean and equipped with every comfort. It overlooks the walk directly but the area is quite quiet. The indoor parking space with a gate is essential.

Peaceful but close to everything’

We spent five nights in May with four people in Chiara's apartment. We felt very comfortable there and were completely satisfied. We especially liked the outdoor area. We enjoyed cooking and eating outside. Outdoor shower and pool are great. Self check-in/out were perfectly professionally organized. Thank you!

Very courteous host, the apartment is equipped with more comforts than mentioned, those small things you didn't think were useful, but there are! Perfectly conditioned, split in every room. Small bathroom, but comfortable shower. In low season it is easy to find a parking space under the house, otherwise there is no shortage of parking spaces nearby. Extremely clean, worth the amount you spend. Also great for children. Thank you very much, we will come back!

The apartment was at its best with indoor parking the host was very nice to us for various activities or meals I advise you if you are looking for an apartment for 7 people

Andrea welcomed us super warmly and was very good tips for our nearby visits (restaurants, activities, etc.) The place was spacious, perfectly functional, and very clean. Free and private parking, as well as the hot tub are a real plus. We can only recommend booking this place. Ps: for those who would like to go to the Grand Prix de Moto GP (as was our case), be aware that the circuit is very easily accessible, about 10 min drive.

Our stay at Liliana's was excellent, everything was last minute since we didn't plan to stay in Ancona and she was super nice to us, she offered to pick us up and also take us to see the nearby city. At all times she was ready to meet our needs and make our stay as comfortable as possible, and she did it! As for the location, it is a quiet area away from the city but you can get to the beach in less than 10 minutes on foot. The apartment was very nice, comfortable and as shown in the photos.
