It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Everything in it is brand new. It has two bedrooms (beds 160x 200). One of them has its private bathroom with walk in shower, and TV set. Living and dining area with kitchen have access to terrace. The parking space is on our property. The nearest beach (Seget Donji) is 10 minutes by walk.

You can see directly out to the sea, while laying on the bed. There is also a small table with 2 chairs and 1 tanning chair.
