The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Modern apartment fully renovated and furnished, with one bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating system.The building is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Ghilarza’s historic centre, all amenities are easily reachable on foot. Ghilarza is located in the heart of Sardinia, near the main road that goes from the north to the south of the island, it’s an ideal starting point to discover the region and its traditions.

Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Spacious Studio, lake view and bath

Cozy nest with bath, kitchenette and lake view. This room is part of a bigger guesthouse, but has independent access. In certain seasons the sauna and the yoga shala across the street will be open and available with extra costs. The street side access is easy. You probably will want to rent a car to explore the surroundings. The village has a few little shops and the supermarket is 6 km further. Lots of nature, walking routes and interesting places to visit are around.

Wonderful house in a typical Sardinian style, decorated with soul and love. The house lives the charm of ancient and natural elements such as stone and wood that constitute the dominant elements in structure and in furniture. Great for a couple or a family/group of four. The house equipped with everything for comfortable rest. I suggest to my guests to rent a the small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.

A small loft located in central Sardinia. Approximately 60 square meters, with a large window overlooking the valley below. The spaces are dedicated to the comfortable use of an open living space communicating with a creative space of Sardinian craftsmanship and an architecture studio. The B&B is designed to accommodate people who, if they wish, can learn the art of manual weaving in the adjacent workshop, which is clearly visible from the open space.

Beautiful loft studio with large panoramic veranda. It is the largest of two small adjoining apartments -with a private entrance- of a country house built in 2019, Sa Canistedda. Sa corbe can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. On the ground floor there is the living area and the bathroom; the loft houses the sleeping area. The veranda has a comfortable outdoor shower and is ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. The garden and play area can be shared.

The Lampathu retreat is 8.9 km from the town of Urzulei. The stone construction is perfectly integrated into the surrounding landscape, reflecting its colors and lights. Here, hikers will find shelter from the mistral in the cold season and coolness in the summer afternoons: the stone walls guarantee unparalleled thermal insulation.
