Everything was clean and as described. Perfect location to the pool. Pull out couch was even comfortable! Simple yet had everything needed.

We had a wonderful stay at Westgate River Ranch! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the ranch and enjoying the outdoor activities. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

The condo was nicely updated and well equipped. Trevor was the best host we have had - very helpful. He makes a great ambassador for Sebring, which is like a taste of a quiet, southern hometown.

We stayed over the weekend at Westgate River Ranch Rodeo and had an amazing experience. Judith was absolutely wonderful, always checking in to make sure everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean, beautifully organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. We went with our family and had an incredible time — it was the perfect little mini-vacation. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. This was our second time renting with Judith, and once again, she exceeded our expectations. She is truly an outstanding host. Thank you, Judith, for everything. We can’t wait to come back soon!

Great place to stay for the Lake Placid/ Sebring area. The kitchen was well equipped and couch was very comfortable. This place felt like home.

The place is very nice. We had two incidents and the resort maintenance resolved it effectively. The only thing that seemed inconvenient to me was that the garbage collector is a little far from the room and that it is on a second floor.

River Ranch was amazing. The property is serene and the condos are great. I’ve visited two times now and I will definitely be back. Thank You Michelle and River Ranch

The property was super clean. My family and I had a wonderful experience and the location was central and walkable to all of the places we wanted to see. It was a quiet and relaxed apartment with plenty of room and cozy. Michelle communicated well, in details, and in a friendly manner. She was very accommodating and provided great local tips. We can’t wait to come back!
