Located on the crystal clear waters of the Panhandle, Sweet Caroline is the perfect place for a couples getaway, a trip with girlfriends, and even perfect for small families. Sweet Caroline is located in Seagrove Beach, 1.5 miles east of Seaside. Rosemary and Alys beach are a short drive away. The beach access is directly across the street, 4 min walk from our front door to the sand. We have 4 bikes for use during your stay! The pool is heated March 1 - April 15 and the week of Thanksgiving.

We are located on a quiet, dead-end street next to Deer Lake State Park. Our complex of 17 townhouses completed an exterior upgrade in 2021 with new paint and railings. Our unit is in the center and was totally renovated by noted designer Ashley Gilbreath. New flooring and a master bathroom upgrade were done in 2023. Beachfront convenience awaits.

This modern studio is located directly across 30A from the Pelayo public beach access and a 4 min walk west to the Santa Clara public beach access. Every amenity including king bed, glass enclosed tiled shower, pool, wifi, cable, 55” smart TV & kitchen w/ full sized appliances. A short bike ride or walk to charming Seaside and great local restaurants. Beach chairs/umbrella included!

Small in stature but grand in design, this 30A beach house will wow you. Access to neighborhood pool, gym, & the beautiful white sand beaches a few blocks away. Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.
