Regularly come to Beersheva for work. This was the first time staying at Yaaqov's apartment. Far and away the best place I have stayed to date. Big spacious and bright apartment with a nice balcony. Absolutely everything needed is in the apartment - huge numbers of little extras all over: coffee machine, milk foamer, washer/dryer, plenty of pillows/blankets/sheets... The assigned parking spot is covered and private. About a 25 minute walk to Ben Gurion University. Two malls, a large grocery store, a bakery, Asian food store and many other shops in very close walking distance. Yaaqov was always available to answer any question. Just a great place. Will absolutely stay here again next time I am coming to town. Indeed, I booked the apartment for an additional 3 weeks because it was so nice and convenient.

This place was exceptionally clean. The bathrooms are updated. The living area is an open area, which makes the place feel large and comfortable. The location is on a quiet street and close to everything in Netivot, including multiple synagogues. I would highly recommend this place for your next stay in Netivot or surrounding area.
