Amazing spacious home with upstairs outdoor gathering place for ping pong and games with beautiful views of the sea. Great location with plenty of room. Only recommendation is that if you are cooking that the kitchen does not have enough pans for cooking and bowls for serving food. There was only one pan and no large serving bowls. Other than this the place is phenomenal.

Simon is charming, responsive in a kind and caring way. The apartment is very comfortable and equipped. It was very accessible and comfortable for the family. Thank you!!

The house is lovely, thoughtful and very clean, it is clear that a lot of thought has been put into it and is even more beautiful than the pictures. There is a great yard, with a hot tub and a great outdoor kitchen. Ronja was communicative, nice and welcoming. A few easy notes - 1. The gallery is very high (more than you can see in the photos) and not suitable for sample children. 2. The bed in the gallery room (on the lower floor) is a very uncomfortable folding bed. 3. The area is a bit dry, there is almost nothing to do within walking distance. Other than that we had a very pleasant and fun stay, highly recommended.

Great stay!! Really beautiful house, nicer and bigger than looks in the pictures. Host is very helpful and friendly and always responds within a few minutes. Well worth the money paid.

Lovely place with character, very fun for an extended family vacation. There is proximity to the shores of the Kinneret and hiking trails in the area. Close to a restaurant area.

The hosts were so friendly, communicative and helpful. The house was perfectly suited for our large family group. We would definitely choose this place again!

This is a phenomenal location about a 5 minute walk to inbal hotel. Close to all the important sites in Jerusalem. The unit itself is very unique and rustic in design but has all the amenities of a modern home like AC, washer/dryer, modern kitchen appliances. The unit is not easy to find as it is, in a sense, the lower level of the building. It wasn’t much of a problem as Jacob met us outside and showed us how to get in and showed us around the unit. He was extremely helpful and responsive and even picked up some groceries and food from his restaurant for us as we arrived late. He had it all ready and waiting for us when we arrived Which was amazing. He really went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. There is a beautiful outdoor patio where we sat and had coffee in the morning before we started our day which was nice as there aren’t really any operable windows to get fresh air as it is in the lower level. Love this apt. Really cool and unique

Location is superb, about a 15 minute walk to the old city. Ben was an amazing host, starting from guiding us into the parking garage, and answering all of our many questions. I would give Ben and his apartment six stars.

We had a great stay at Evgeny's in Eilat! The beds and pillows were really comfortable, so we all slept well. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved the Nespresso machine and the capsules provided. In the evenings, we enjoyed watching TV together on the big screen in the living room. Everything was very clean, which made us feel at home. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back!

Everything was as described. I recommend this place with a clear conscience. If you want to experience Tel Aviv/Yafo, immerse yourself in Israeli life and reach the sea within a few minutes by foot. However, you should come without a car, as there is a lack of parking spaces. The parking garage at the flea market is very expensive if you want to park for a few days…

The owner of the property was kind Our correspondence was through WhatsApp he was considerate of us because a few hours before I was kicked out of another room on Sheinkin Street and only because we had a pet cat and this property owner was considerate of us with all the problem we had he was considerate of the view and put us by hand into his grandson the rest of the things we will sum up between us then it was very easy to get to the property The directions and the entrance to the property were very easy there is a lot to do in this area and it is very possible to do everything on foot and it was very flexible at check out and it was not obvious and the price was excellent The apartment is pampered with everything I highly recommend and warmly work with the same owner of the property and with this particular apartment I had a great time and I would recommend it to all my friends and my family

Location and place were amazing and we enjoyed every moment of it. The pool, the amenities, the beds - amazing. The location is 5 min from the beach and nearby there are lot of convenient stores and option to order or grab something, lot of parkings, quiet and chill. It suits for friends, family and every kind of gathering. We came from abroad to celebrate birthday in a place like this mostly for the pool and it was worth it! The host is very communicative and friendly. Place is highly recommended!

We had a wonderful two-month stay in this apartment! Haya, the host, was incredibly professional, kind, and responsive, making everything smooth and easy. Her brother, Itzik, who welcomed us, was extremely helpful, funny, and a pleasure to meet. The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for a long stay, making it very comfortable. The location is also fantastic—right across from a park and a shopping center, which was super convenient. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

This apartment is the gold standard of apartments. More like a 5 (6?) star hotel. Beautiful. Modern. Great location. Amazing 360 view of Tel Aviv due to wrap around terrace, where saw sun-rise and sun-sets. Asaf was unbelievably responsive. Can’t imagine a better AirBnB in Tel Aviv. Once you move in, you will not want to move out. Walking distance to everything in Tel Aviv.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rubens place. The host and his wife really were 'super hosts', they were so warm, helpful and very considerate of our needs, as well they were very flexible - even staying back from an event to be able to receive us at the time which suited us. we appreciate it!!! In terms of the place, very nice very clean, nice fenced in patio, the right amenities & great for shabbos as well. In terms of the location - great location - great clean clear sea air as well as quiet, serene, very calm - at night especially, yet just a 5-10 minute walk from the separate beach and frum part of town. in addition it has a few shuls in the area, and the sanz shtiblach is just 10 minute walk away. As for food, there is a makolet 2 min away, and for shabbos food there is galei sanz hotel 8 min away - simply said a unbelievable hosts and superb location. it is highly recommended for a relaxing vacation whilst being part of the religious part of the city.

This house was absolutely great! Yara was a fantastic host, and the place was super nice, large, and incredibly homey. We were there with extended family—10 of us—and it felt like there was so much more room. The kids had a lot of fun. This place is just perfect for a family retreat!

This is the second time we are staying with Lionel, this time we came to celebrate our son's wedding. Lionel is a gracious host. He knew the reason for us coming and waited to welcome us in person bringing with him a flower bouquet for me. He helped me with many local recommendations I asked about and is extremely responsive. The property is located by the beach to which you can conveniently walk to from the back gate. Few good restaurants / cafes in the area, small but sufficient supermarket next to the lobby and is a short drive from many major attractions. The property includes a designated parking spot which is very convenient. I highly recommend staying with Lionel.
