This is a lovely home-like apartment very well located for many of the attractions in the old town. The apartment is easy to access with an elevator. Within the apartment there are a couple of steps up and down to access the main bedroom, a very nice sitting area and a kitchen with equipment to make simple meals if needed but there are several nice restaurants close by & Franscesca has provided helpful information about these and things to do in her information book. A great place to stay if you are visiting Palermo

Loris takes great pride in his listing. This is a very modern very clean and well appointed apartment. We were welcomed with a bottle of good Sicilian wine and we were greeted each morning by Loris with a text asking how we were and how we slept. It’s hard to beat this sort of hospitality.

The suite was very well appointed. The lighting made it very romantic 🥰. The bed oh so comfortable. Ground floor made suite easily assessable. The frig and wine frig were stocked with all kinds food items and wine. Some free…some you had to buy. This was very much appreciated. Restaurants and shopping close by. Salvo made our stay at R&B suites extra special. Until next time😘😘

Patricia's place was impeccable. It is located in a very lively popular neighborhood with many services. The atmosphere was good. The sea is a stone's throw away, but it's the harbor. Interesting, but not a natural beauty. It was obviously difficult to park the car, but we always managed. In addition, it is easy to reach the center of Palermo by train, which runs every half hour. And the train station is a 7 or 8 minute walk. Patrizia was very hospitable.

A super nice place to stay, just as described. Erika welcomed us in a super friendly way and was always available to us. The basic amenities such as water, milk and pasta were great, you immediately felt at home. Super clean, plenty of space and just a place to unwind. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Palermo area but still enjoy the tranquility and proximity to the sea. Thank you Erika for your amazing hospitality.

Irene’s apartment was perfect. Clean and comfortable in a great location from which we could walk to major attractions and restaurants. Irene was a wonderful host providing recommendations and information about Palermo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location cannot be beaten. A short walk or bike ride into town, restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Fantastic views from the terrace and fabulous to have the beach just down the stairs. Spacious apartment, basic but comfortable with all you need for a short stay. Good quality beds. Courtyard was particularly handy for bike storage, we appreciated the beach chairs and outside shower.

Our stay at Maria’s charming historical villa on the stunning island of Favignana was pure bliss. From the moment she picked us up at the harbor, we felt her warm and kind-hearted nature. Despite my Italian not being perfect, we understood each other effortlessly and felt a deep, mutual connection. We spent our days on the beautiful terrace, enjoying swims in the crystal-clear, turquoise waters of our secluded cala. The villa’s location is perfect for exploring the island by bike, e-bike, or motorbike. We chose regular bikes, embracing the “dolce far niente” vibe as we leisurely explored every corner of the island’s beauty. Despite Maria describing the villa as small, it felt like a luxurious paradise with everything we needed and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax, recharge, and discover Favignana’s charm. We’ll definitely be back if we’re lucky enough to find this magical villa available again. The stay at Maria's apartment was very pleasant. Everything in the apartment was very clean. Maria has lovingly furnished the apartment. Beautiful, large and practical kitchen, everything available, makes it fun to cook there. Great view from the terrace. The terrace is also very nicely designed. Just for those who want peace and quiet and want to relax. Maria is very personable and a warm-hearted person. She was very discreet, always available for questions and gave us good tips. The garden was a peaceful oasis and the garden house is beautiful. Vivi and her husband were very friendly and flexible when our arrival was delayed. She had even bought us some supplies for breakfast and cooking so we didn't have to shop immediately. The house is easy walking distance to several kite/windsurfing schools. Shops and restaurants are a short drive. The kitchen is small but very well supplied.

There were three of us in Sofia's place and we spent a few very nice days there. Had I known how beautiful this place is, we would definitely have booked more days. I think the place is even nicer in real life than in the pictures. It is super modern, new and also from the cleanliness everything was in perfect order. Sofia decorated everything with love, it felt like a real home. The location offers a very nice view. The area is very quiet and somewhat hidden. For the accommodation, I would urgently recommend a rental car. The communication with Sofia was impeccable, she was always available and always super friendly. We got some local tips from her. Would definitely return. Sofia is a super host.

Amazing and restful place. Beautiful garden, terrace. Stunning pool and private beach. The house is spacy and has all amenities. Roberto is a wonderful host, his welcoming was so warm. He was always responsive and recommended us very good places to enjoy ! Thank you again !

Fantastic hosts both Vinchenzo and Francesca were responsive and helpful. vinchenzo came to pick us up at the airport and Francesca was alway quick to reply when we had any questions. They also left us some great snack.. 100% recommend Beautiful little place to stay ☺️ great location and easy access to restaurants and the beach.

We had a great time at Giovanni’s house. The house is big and has good vibes and makes you feel thrown back to the “belle époque”:) Some things could be renovated but it’s charming. Everything was cleaned very well!! The location is great, just right by the beach. It’s a good place to stay with friends and family. Giovanni is extremely friendly and helpful. He always responded to our messages and helped out. He got a crib for our baby and 2 highchairs which was very helpful. Grazie mille Giovanni!!

Perfect stay! The accommodation is well cared for in every detail, with really wonderful furniture that makes the environment cozy and comfortable. It is equipped with everything you need for short or even a little longer stays: from the well-equipped kitchen to the intelligently organized spaces. The host was extremely helpful, always ready to respond with kindness to any questions or needs. The location is excellent, ideal for exploring Palermo on foot and enjoying the city without stress. An experience that I highly recommend and hope to repeat!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and spacious apartment. The surrounding neighborhood has many restaurants, grocery stores, and cafes. If you enjoy walking like I do, you're about 15 minutes from the heart of Palermo. Our hosts were very responsive and kind, and always went the extra mile to make us feel at home! Anytime we had a question, they responded within 30 minutes. Our vacation was fun, easy, and safe from start to finish.

Staying at Enrico’s property was the best Air BnB experience I’ve had! He was so friendly, responsive and made so many useful and helpful recommendations. Enrico went above and beyond to make our stay most comfortable and easy. Aside from that, the property itself was the perfect location right on stunning Mondello beach with the most beautiful views. A beautiful stylish apartment, with the added bonus of a huge roof terrace with comfortable furniture overlooking the harbour. The kitchen was perfect for self catering if needed. Plenty of hot water for showers. Comfortable bed with beautiful linen. Central quiet location opposite small sandy beach.

The location in Piazza Marina was perfect, right in the heart of the historic center, with charming streets, great restaurants, and local markets just steps away. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and how peaceful it was, even in such a lively area. Communication was also very easy and friendly. I really recommend this place for a very authentic vibe!

Our stay in Nicola's apartment was perfect and we felt really at home. Clean, spacious apartment, complete with everything, great location near the historic center, and easy to find parking under the house. Nicola is a responsive and attentive host and gave us great advice for our vacation in Trapani, and was a great help with his guide to the less touristy places. The area is quiet, peaceful and welcoming, with restaurants (La dolce vita, fantastic, is right outside the house!), pizzerias and a convenient supermarket a few steps away. Nicola's apartment was our best stay throughout the vacation, and we highly recommend it!

We spent a week in the great apartment. Our flight was delayed but this was not an issue. The location is excellent. The beach, shopping street and restaurants - all within walking distance. The backyard with oranges and lemon trees is a dream, we enjoyed fresh orange juice every morning. If we were to "criticize" something, then that there are a little bit of storage options and the mattresses in the bedroom (for us) were a bit too hard. All in all, however, we are very satisfied and are already planning our next stay there.
