Modern completely new apartment with stunning view

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Das Apartmenthaus Rooms21 liegt im Ortskern von Schiefling. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der einzigartige Ausblick auf die Berge und die Möglichkeit diesen mit Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien zu genießen. Das Ortszentrum mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gasthäusern ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Wörthersee und nach Velden sind es mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten. Schiefling bietet ein eigenes gut ausgestattetes Strandbad ist aber auch Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen in Kärnten.

The holiday house South Tyrol welcomes you in the middle of the lake, hiking and cycling area on Lake Wörthersee. The centre of Velden with the casino can be reached from the holiday house after 2.5 km. Nearby are three restaurants and a large beach at the lake with a playground. The lakeside resort is easily reachable on foot with a distance of 1 km. The house is situated directly on hiking and pilgrim routes such as the Wörthersee Rundwanderweg or the Marian pilgrimage route.

Apartment Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Small apartment for 2 people. Wide doors, shower and toilet barrier-free, well suited for older or health-impaired people. Car can be parked directly in front of the entrance door. Optionally also suitable for wheelchair users. The apartment is located directly at Rosenbach train station. Access to all public transport is right at your doorstep. Nevertheless, very quiet and secluded location. 12 km to Velden Wörthersee, 12 km to Faakersee.

Entspannung pur oder high life in Velden! Wanderwege und Radwege direkt vor der Haustüre. Der Wörthersee ist keine 150m Luftlinie entfernt. Velden liegt 2km entfernt. Klein aber fein mit einem 50m2 großen Garten, wo du auf der Terrasse die Seele baumeln lassen kannst. Das neu renovierte Appartement besticht durch sein klares Design und seine Gemütlichkeit. Vom Wohnzimmer aus kannst du durch ein großes Panoramafenster ins Grüne blicken.

Our accommodation is only 4 km from Velden am Wörthersee. The Gerlitze ski resort can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Klagenfurt and Villach are also only 20 minutes away, making it easier to explore the surroundings. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy double bed and a pull-out living area for up to 4 people. The bathroom offers a bathtub and shower, and a desk is available. Welcome to our home! 🙂

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

Beautiful attic apartment incl. private jetty

The modern apartment with a living area of approx. 80 m² impresses with its central location – only about 3 minutes' walk from the heart of Velden. A special highlight is the private bathing jetty on Lake Wörthersee, which is located about 1 km from the apartment and is exclusively available for free use.

Cozy apartment, close to the lake and the center

I rent my apartment on the second floor of our house near the center of Velden (5 min. walk to the lake and into the village). You will have the whole floor to yourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with cooking basics such as organic coffee, tea, pasta, sauce, oil, and spices.
