Paola and Alessio were great hosts. Alessio welcomed us warmly and went out of his way to assist us with transportation when we left. The apartment is well located directly across from the beach and with lots of nearby restaurants. It has large comfortable bedrooms and is clean and well presented.

Clean, comfortable and functionally furnished apartment with a very spacious terrace. A stone's throw from the sea. Carmen was extremely kind and helpful in supporting us. Highly recommended!

Convenient location to walk to the beach, plenty of parking in front of the building, you may walk to the restaurants. The unit is spacious, and everything works fine. Antonio was responsive and helpful with the check in and out, and other questions during the stay.

It's like visiting grandma's house. Everything is well maintained and has the charm of a cozy, small apartment from the 1960s with appropriate furnishings. Alessio is very friendly and helpful. He picked me up from the train station despite a considerable delay of my train and helped with the luggage. Because I arrived so late, I couldn't go shopping for breakfast. But that was no problem, because there were juices and yogurt in the refrigerator. In addition, milk, small cakes and coffee and on the table was a fresh bouquet of flowers. So you really feel welcome and the apartment is not a sterile hotel room, but a real home with soul. Glad to come back!

Surrounded by greenery, the perfect accommodation for those who want to get away from the hectic routine. Domenico has always been available without being intrusive. We had a great time, it will be a pleasure to return!

Highly recommended! Recently renovated apartment, consisting of 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and large living room. The furnishings are new and refined, in perfect condition. The apartment is really very large and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The entrance is self-contained, so you have all the privacy of the case. I really enjoyed staying here. It is a great starting point from which to explore the surroundings, such as the coast of Trabocchi or Campo Imperatore. Silvia and the others were very nice and always available.

We stayed at LaPerla for around 4 weeks and had a really great time. The apartment was clean, well furnitured and the location is amazing. There are so many good restaurants and bars close by, the city center is just around the corner and the beach is literally across the street. The communication was super easy. Cristiano was always available if something came up and he is an exceptionally friendly and helpful host as well 😊 We had a wonderful time there, highly recommended ✌️🐬

This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

Katia and Francesco immediately proved to be two friendly and cordial people who advised us on activities and places to visit in the area. The house is furnished with new furniture and in perfect condition, equipped with every comfort and everything that each of us has in our own apartment, but above all we found impeccable cleanliness. Convenient parking space inside the property, in 5 minutes on foot you reach the beach, both equipped beach and very large and well-kept free beach. Nearby there is every kind of store. The initiatives of the various municipalities to entertain tourists are also excellent. There is also a lot to visit in the hinterland. Abruzzo is really nice and convenient to visit. A special mention for Katia's dad, a really lovely person.

It is a somewhat dated apartment in a very quiet vacation complex. The location is strategic because in a few minutes you can reach the center (with a very safe cycle pedestrian road) but also leave for various excursions or for skiing. The house is comfortable and very clean with everything you need. I was impressed by the kitchen very well stocked with all the utensils, which is not obvious. The bathroom is also clean and functional. The heating works perfectly and the hot water also gave us no problems despite having 7 showers in a row. Last is the spectacular view from the balcony. Highly recommended!

The house is really beautiful and hospitable, even better than what appears in the photo. There's everything you need to cook, plenty of space, and the surroundings are simply spectacular. Both the owner and the lady who manages the house were very kind.

I had a great time staying here in the center of L’Aquila. I was staying here solo while on a work vacation but I can see the place being very comfortable for two couples as the beds are large and the living room and kitchen spaces are very big. Having a washer AND drier was actually super handy. It’s also right in the heart of downtown which was lively and beautiful. Would recommend!

We had a medical issue with one of the guests and Alessandro offered all type of help to get the guest to the floor where the apartment was . Alessandro was very companionate with us and offered to be flexible with the check out time. We loved the different stunning views of the mountains and the land escape from different balconies the apartment offered If you need tranquility do not miss on renting this gem of a place The only issue we had was at the time we were there the connectivity of the WiFi was very slow Alessandro worked on it dealing with internet provider to fix it right away Other than this we really lucked out in this apartment. Thank you and may be next time we can stay longer.

Apartment with attention to the smallest details for a romantic stay in S. Stefano di Sessanio... a magnificent town even outside the tourist season. Francesco is very kind and helpful, it seems to be hosted by friends, always ready to help and advise. Go!!

My friends and I stayed at La Chiocciola Resort for a relaxing weekend and we were really impressed. The hosts were very kind and always available. The environment is well cared for in every detail, both outside and inside. The heated hot tub is a fantastic plus, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was also super equipped. A stay that I recommend to those looking for tranquility and comfort. If I ever need to relax in the future, this place will definitely come to mind!

Well done and recently renovated apartment. The rooms are spacious and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything and the two bathrooms, very clean, give an extra help to prepare. There are supermarkets nearby and the highway is just a few miles away. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful place. Intimate, very relaxing, full of details and thoughtfulness, very clean. Very kind owner, very nice and attentive to give every indication. The area is very peaceful. If you want peace, it's a good place to "escape."

Small relaxing corner. Clean and tidy rooms, with all the essentials. The details make the difference, like the LEDs, Netflix, the tub, the moss on the walls, etc... highly recommended.
