Our stay at Fiddlers yard was brilliant, everything we expected, the place and location was beautiful and very accessible from everywhere we wanted to got to. We had a fantastic stay here and would definitely return. The lodge is beautiful, very spacious and very well equipped with everything we needed. The surroundings are beautiful and it’s so peaceful and relaxing. The lodge is fairly remote, but the check in instructions were really detailed in helping us to find the location. A car is essential for getting around easily. We loved this lodge and have already recommended it to friends and family!

A roomy, well-designed and nicely furnished cottage. Absolutely immaculate. Beautiful, quiet location, and a good base for exploring around Coniston and Windermere lakes. Glen is a very friendly and helpful host. We'd like to go back.
