Monthly Rentals in Sarasota Bay

Great place to stay. Very quiet and serene. Overall a very pleasant experience. There were a few things I would improve upon, but just from my personal experience. None of which greatly took away from an otherwise fantastic place to stay: 1) The check-in process to enter the location is inconvenient (have to scan in driver's license each time) - this has more to do with the association and security than it does the management company / unit. 2) While the communication was very proactive, it was a bit numerous. I had to comb through various emails to find certain information. Perhaps either include the necessary information (parking spot #, keypad code, etc) in every email, or in the initial email and email on the day of check-in. 3) One or two of the things in the email did not match what was in the booklet on the kitchen island (i.e. the parking spot # or where the second fob for entry to the elevator/gym/etc). Contacted PMI and they were appreciative of the feedback.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here for a week. Place was nice and clean. Had everything we needed. This place is right outside Downtown Sarasota and only about 15 minutes from Siesta Keys. Lisa was a great host. If ever back in Sarasota we would definitely stay here again.

Jennifer’s place in a great location, easy to walk to Main Street. Jennifer provides very clear directions and is very communicative. The neighborhood is quiet and there a nice park nearby. The property to colorful and cheerful. There is need for some upkeep and repairs but nothing that impeded our stay.
