Nature and people. The house is located in lovely surroundings with approx. 500 meters to the beach Sete Ondas which offers a restaurant and bar, as well as a lively beach with warm waves and the opportunity to surf. In the small town of Alto Douro you will be able to take a football match with the locals. You will also be able to buy a refreshment at one of the two bars in town. Don't expect Copacabana conditions, we are talking about local Sao Tome conditions :)

It has a large enclosed garden and direct access to the sea and a small beach, a spacious terrace and a roof terrace with pergola, 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is surfing 15 minutes away on foot and a diving center 15 minutes by car.
