Lovely neighbourhood, a little recreation centre directly in the street. David was being a great neighbour, always helpful and pleasant to share the garden with him!

Rented this beautiful apartment for parents’ visit. In the middle of dtla and walkable to grocery stores and good restaurants. Clean and quiet place with lots of sunlight. Parents loved it and will rent again next year!

Lori was very responsive, professional, friendly, and communicating with her was easy. She welcomed us in person which was a nice touch. Her condo was clean, matched the photos, and had everything and more than we needed for a long stay. It was equipped with coffee pods, towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, extra t. paper, hair dryer, iron, laundry/dishwasher detergent, olive oil, salt/pepper, cleaning supplies, and more. The location was great for us. It is very close to the beach and walkable to some eateries. Although it is extremely close to LAX , we hardly noticed the noise. We noticed it more when we were in the jacuzzi. We loved that the unit was very close to one of the jacuzzis. The complex is big but was super quiet and well maintained with pools, jacuzzis, and a gym. The parking garage with 2 spaces was appreciated. Do not hesitate to book Lori's condo! Thank you, Lori!

Had a great month stay at Mike's place in Venice Beach while in between apartments in LA. Great location near the beach, walkable to everything in Venice, and well stocked kitchenware for cooking and staying in. Mike was very attentive and super responsive to any inquiries. Thin walls in an older building to be expected, as well as some Venice Beach characters living on the block, but it's all a part of the experience!
