"La piccola casa con il giardino completamente recintato era perfetta per il nostro soggiorno. Tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno è arredato con cura e praticità. Cinzia è una padrona di casa incredibilmente gentile e disponibile. Fa di tutto per rendere il soggiorno il più piacevole possibile e risponde immediatamente alle richieste. Siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti dal frigorifero ben fornito con numerose bevande e cibi. Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni meravigliosi lì con i nostri due cani, che sono stati accolti molto calorosamente. Il Jacuzzi era sempre molto pulito e veniva regolarmente controllato e pulito dalla padrona di casa. Cinzia è sempre disponibile quando serve, ma rispetta anche la privacy dei suoi ospiti. Ci siamo sentiti completamente a nostro agio e possiamo consigliare vivamente la casa.". Era molto bello

Alessandro ist ein herzlicher Gastgeber! Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, wir waren 6 Nächte da und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Pisa, Florenz, San Giminiano und Siena waren als Tagestouren sehr gut erreichbar. Einen Tag haben wir am Meer verbracht. An den Abenden haben wir den Garten und das Haus genossen, sind am Pool gelegen oder haben von der Laube aus den Sonnenuntergang beobachtet. Wir können die Unterkunft von Alessandro zu 100% empfehlen und danken von Herzen für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub!

Abbiamo trascorso giorni indimenticabili a casa di Ilaria, in un luogo che ha superato ogni aspettativa. La casa è semplicemente meravigliosa: accogliente, curata nei minimi dettagli, immersa nella natura e perfetta per chi cerca pace, relax e bellezza autentica. Il giardino è un angolo di paradiso e la piscina è davvero la ciliegina sulla torta — ideale per godersi appieno il silenzio e la tranquillità della campagna toscana. Ilaria è un’host attenta e gentilissima, pronta a far sentire ogni ospite davvero a casa. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

How can we even put into words what an incredible experience this was! Antonella was kind and helpful, and her home is just stunning. She made us feel so at home even with our limited Italian. She prepared us a home cooked, four-course meal one night and it was absolutely delicious. She even gave us the leftovers so we could have them for breakfast the next day. The villa was breathtaking and in a perfect location to visit beautiful towns in Tuscany like Pienza, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. We especially loved the pool and visiting with the animals. This was a bucket list stay for us and worth every penny!

Nydelig hus med en flott og velholdt hage. Bassenget var fantastisk, og det er svært barnevennlig med ulike nivåer. Veldig hyggelige og vennlige verter som alltid svarte rask dersom vi hadde spørsmål.

This home is the epitome of a classic villa in the chianti region. Lecchi is very a small village that is walkable to a market, bar & cafe, and one of the best dinner spots we visited in our entire trip to Italy - the Malborghetto restaurant is a must! We rented a car for this week of our trip, and would highly recommend doing so. There are many nearby villages with great trattorias and shopping options - and gorgeous views everywhere you turn. Casa di Lyndall is a roomy, well appointed home with all the amenities you could need. Very clean, and very comfortable, and the view out the front windows is beyond compare. Lyndall was very responsive and provided us with excellent recommendations of things to do during our stay. Clementina greeted us when we arrived and was so sweet and helpful. There is nothing we would change about our stay!

Un angolo di intimità e romanticismo dove staccare completamente. Tutto perfetto, host gentilissimo e disponibile, la piscina riscaldata con un buon impianto audio è una goduria. Un eccellente vista sulla natura dei dintorni e soprattutto una estrema privacy. Il centro è 7 minuti di macchina, ma sembra d'essere fuori dalla città.

From the moment we were greeted by Isabella, Massimo and their son, to the moment we said goodbye we felt right at home. The house is well located. It was nice to leave the hustle of the old city and retreat to the expansive peaceful terrace of the house for an “aperitivo” before dinner. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after long days of touring. One of our favorite things was collecting water from the town spring, which was just a few doors away.

Very easy to find and close to funicular that ran every 30 minutes on schedule. At least 5 restaurants for lunch and dinner. Small store for basics. Terrace facing northeast was wonderful in the morning. Umbrellas for shade if needed. Washer with folding clothesline to dry inside or out. We only used the main bedroom and bath - both on second floor. Very nice. The second bedroom was on the second floor and second bath was in the basement - did not use those spaces or the sitting room in walkout basement. Kitchen stocked with basics for electric coffee maker (a bit noisy) and hand brother. Gas stove for heating milk. Toaster oven. Large grid freezer with many ice trays. Enjoyed the cat that showed up A few times. Easy 20 min walk from main train station (not Centro) to funicular. Main station also had many bus connections like to Grotta Giusti but only to swim in outdoor pool. You can’t swim in the cave - too bad. Would love to come back.

Really great place in a beautiful location. Cristina and Nancy were super helpful and provided everything needed for our quick one night stay. Just wish we had more time to enjoy it! Would definitely come back and recommend.

A/C mit Heizfunktion. Küche bestens ausgestattet (Geräte, Geschirr, Utensilien, Gewürze, Öl , Spüli etc.) Modernes Bad, ausreichend frische Handtücher. 2 Schlafzimmer (Durchgang) und Bad/WC im Obergeschoss, Wohnzimmer und Küche im 1. Stock. Im Untergeschoss separates kleines Appartement mit Bad/WC und Küche und Waschmaschine. Zur Begrüßung erwarteten uns Wein, Wasser und ein Frühstück. In Empoli (ca 10 min.) großes Einkaufszentrum, Geschäfte und Lokale. Wer antike Architektur und Möbel, Natur und Ruhe liebt wird sich wie wir sehr wohlfühlen! 🤩 Aufgrund mehrerer steiler Treppen für Kleinkinder und mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen nicht zu empfehlen. Perfect peaceful location. In the countryside but close to amenities and 25 minutes to historic Siena with endless restaurants. And in secure gated area. Beautiful views and amenities in the apartment, with sauna and indoor and outdoor hot tubs. A must stay if looking for quiet, peaceful Tuscan experience.

Zuerst einmal ein großes Kompliment an Sandro. Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Auch wenn wir uns nicht persönlich kennengelernt haben, konnten wir uns gut verständigen. Das Haus ist ein Traum. Viel besser als es die Bilder je sagen könnten. Diese Liebe zum Detail ist einzigartig. Wir waren 5 Wochen in ganz Italien incl. Sizilien unterwegs. Aber diese Unterkunft war mit eine der schönsten. Auch für unsere Hunde ein Traum. Alles eingezäunt und rundherum wirkliche Ruhe. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle größeren Städte sind gut zu erreichen. Supermarkt und Restaurants ausreichend in der Nähe. Kinder hatten wir nicht dabei aber für die Kleinen ist bei Sandro ausreichend gesorgt mit Spielen, Spielküche, Kuscheltiere und vieles mehr. Dieses Haus kann ich nur empfehlen. Sollten wir wieder einmal diese Gegend besuchen wäre Sandro meine erste Adresse.. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

We had a relaxing & peaceful time in Capannori at ‘roof tiles’ This stone home was not fancy but traditional and had all we required for our stay in the breathtaking countryside. It wasn’t the easiest to find or access due to the steep gravel driveway, but that’s what made it secluded and special. We enjoyed wonderful walks in the forests & nearby villages where we met many friendly & kind locals. A great place to decompress after a busy time in Florence, & only short but very beautiful drives to lovely Lucca & Pisa. Don’t expect 5 star fanciness, but a place with all you need to experience & enjoy the Tuscan landscape! I’ve never heard such a cacophony of birdsong - blissful !

We loved our stay here! The house and the views were truly as picturesque as it seems in the photos. A dream spot! The town itself is full of local flair and is beautiful too. Not touristy at all. Close enough to nearby towns though to explore more of Tuscany! Overall a great stay and Laura was a kind and responsive host.

Ilaria była cudownie cierpliwa gdy pytałam o wszystko, bardzo dobra komunikacja między nami 🙌🏼❤️ Bardzo Cię cieszę że trafiliśmy do takiego domu ! Coś o domu : Był cudowny, klimatyczny i czuliśmy sie w nim wspaniale ☺️ Bardzo czysto i schludnie , wszystkie udogodnienia jakie tylko chcesz mieć, kuchnia wspaniale wyposażona, ręczniki do dyspozycji w dużej ilości, pościel i poduszki czyste i schludne, telewizja (Netflix oraz Disney idealnie dla dzieci na wieczorne oglądanie), zabawki i dużo dużo książek dla Dzieci 🧒🏼 Moje dzieci były zachwycone tym miejscem 🙌🏼 Pralka i suszarka do dyspozycji gości. Miłe i spokojne, klimatyczne miejsce. Sklepy i restauracje bardzo blisko. Cudownie było spacerować po okolicy. Najpyszniejsze lody 10 minut spacerkiem 👌🏼🤩 parking z dużą ilością miejsc parkingowych, piękne budynki, plac zabaw i park tuż obok.

Der Aufenthalt bei Elisabetta war sehr angenehm. Die Gegend ist wunderbar ruhig und die Aussicht von der Hütte fantastisch! Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das Frühstück, bei dem wir jeden Tag mit leckerem Gebäck (auch in vegan) überrascht wurden.

très satisfait de notre séjour, Domenica nous a accueillie chaleureusement. plus un plat à déguster le soir. et au cours de notre séjour elle nous a offert un pain, et avant de partir une foccacia. du jamais vu dans d'autre location. je recommande cette location.

As we are from tropical Singapore, and my parents are in their 80's, even in mid-May, the stone house was too cold at night (after some rain) for my folks. Nicoletta rushed a kerosene powered space heater to us even on a Saturday, within hours of my message. we congregated mostly on level 2 where the fireplace and kitchen/dining was. however the toilets are on level 3 or ground. so that's a little troublesome for the old folks as they need to climb a flight of stairs. else everything is amazing and authentic. it's like living in a museum or a drand duke's mansion.

We were an extended family of eight. The accommodation can only be described as perfect for us. The views were amazing and it was just so peaceful. We enjoyed the pool and the short trips to many restaurants and surrounding villages. That said, we spent most mornings and evenings soaking up the views across the valley to Volterra and beautiful villages dotted on the hillside. Andrea takes huge pride in being accessible and instantaneously responsive. A pleasure to deal with. A small bar / cafe across the road took care of morning coffee’s and any gelato pangs. Thank you Andrea, you made our stay so very memorable. Our only disappointment was leaving!!
