Stunning sunsets, great hosts and team, would definitely recommend. A heated pool would be amazing, but we survived and had an amazing stay without it…

We spent 1 week at Villa Layla with 5 adults, one toddler and one baby. Federico was a great host, responded quickly, also helped with other requests and a special situation great and responded quickly. Thank you ! His staff Elia was super friendly and helpful and even spoke German. Thanks, too, at this point ! The house is as described - great pool, plenty of bathroom for all bedrooms and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped - only flaws were missing pot holders and maybe 1-2 more dish towels. But these are small things. We felt very comfortable. The location of the house is very quiet - you definitely need a car, for shopping etc. Many beautiful beaches nearby :)

Fantastic place to spend time , went above and beyond expectations. If you have children you could not ask for more , the place is packed with toys and games my youngest child had the best week of his life and my eldest had fun aswell there is really something for everyone .

We had an amazing stay at the house. Lorenza and her brother were always available, responsive and very kind. The accommodation was very well equipped and very clean. The beach next door was lovely. We would definitely recommend it!

We had a great week in this great house. The accommodation is beautiful (faithful to the photos), clean, very functional. It is perfectly equipped. The exterior is very beautiful, very well maintained. And the pool… superb (and heated!). Our stay at Luca’s place in Sardinia was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Luca went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Despite our flight landing late, he patiently waited to let us in around midnight, giving us a full tour of the apartment and ensuring we had everything we needed. He even greeted us with a thoughtful gift basket filled with local wine, fresh bread, pasta, and other goodies – a perfect touch to kick off our Sardinian adventure. Throughout our stay, Luca was incredibly responsive, always replying to our messages within minutes, and even helped us navigate a few car rental issues, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities we could ask for – it honestly felt like a home away from home. This was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had, and we’re already dreaming of coming back. Grazie mille, Luca, for making our trip so special!

We super enjoyed the house and beaches nearby. 10 minutes away the village of Villasimius is a must. Monica and their manager Elias are waiting for you day or night if anything comes up. Excellent location within 5 to 10 minutes of some superb beaches with clear water. walkable to local supermarket and at least 4 restaurants that are all very good. The villa was exactly what we were expecting. Ninni was always on hand if we needed to contact him. We travelled to the East and North West Coastal beaches during our stay but felt Chia had the most to offer as the real Sardinia and its scenery is hard to beat.

Very nice view and the pool is big and beautiful. Very peaceful neighborhood. We chose a beach near Similus as our favorite. About 30 minutes to drive from the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

We loved this place! Most amazing host Angelo saved us - arranged for us shuttle from the airport at the midnight. Many super helpful recommendations, amazing bbq in the patio. Definitely would love to come back!

Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

Riccardo was an excellent host. Extremely responsive and gave great recommendations for the area. The house is beautiful and has plenty of room for anything you need.

We truly enjoyed out stay there… would certainly come back and recommend this to others. The place is great!!

Roberto and his family welcomed us in their beautiful, spatious and amazing Villa. The entry garden is beautiful, and elegant, the pool is big and deep, the tennis court is recent and with perfect light for nocturne play. The villa was also perfect with outside space close to the pool. AC was also present in the living room and in 2 bedrooms. In addition, Roberto took very good care of us by making sure we had everything we need, including booking a taxi when needed. Finally, I can only highly recommend this Villa as Top choice from south Sardaigna. Best,

Davide was a great host, he was really helpful and was quick to respond to our questions. He gave us loads of good advice before we arrived at the villa. We arrived late at night and we had asked if it would be possible for Davide to buy us some food bits as all supermarkets were shut, he obliged and it was a great help for us. The villa is beautiful, the view is stunning and it feels homely. A car is required if you wish to explore the beaches. The villa is positioned only 30 minutes from Cagliari airport and 30 minutes from Villasimius which was ideal for us. The area is very peaceful, surrounded by pine trees and respectful quiet neighbours.

Fabio was an amazing host - super responsive, and gave us awesome recommendations throughout our stay (we went to almost all of them!). the apartment is beautiful and the view is incredible. would recommend Fabio’s place to anyone!!

A great stay, in a very pleasant villa and suitable for 2 families with 2 children. Clean, soothing villa, simple but efficient decoration, very nice exterior and small terrace on the first floor. Lots of comfort for the stay, very simple and very provided to start the vacation without stress. Communication was easy and responsive. Small downside for the pool compared to the time of our stay (early April). A little heated water would have been the BEST to enjoy more. Thank you

We had a very nice week here. The property is wonderfully quiet on the outskirts with great views of the mountains. The sea can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. There are shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The house had everything you need on vacation. Gian Luca greeted us very warmly in person despite our delay on our arrival on a holiday and was also quickly available during the other days for questions. We felt comfortable and are happy to recommend this place. Thank you for the hospitality and the easy checkout!

The villa is very spacious, has rooms that are not connected by walls, so we did not hear each other. The house is well equipped and clean. My family consisted of 10 people, including 3 children, who had plenty of places to play and toys. I also highly recommend the owner Elvira, whom we liked from the first day of contact. Very helpful and nice. She already had leaflets with attractions, restaurants and car rentals prepared. I hope we will come back there 🤍
