Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Sanremo

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Thank you Stephane for your hospitality and flexibility! We arrived pretty late (after 10 pm) and it was not a problem. He was also very relaxed about us leaving the luggage until afternoon after the checkout. Very pleasant stay, we had everything we needed. The house was big enough for 3 adults and a baby. Two toilets - in the bathroom and WC - is a plus. We had all baby essentials provided - high chair, cot, baby bath, there is also (a bit old) baby swing in the garden. The only drawback is that the area in direct vicinity is not that walkable - the road leading to Biot center has very tight/no pavements for pedestrians.

We had a wonderful stay at Melanie’s! She was a wonderful host. Her house is also super kid friendly - there was no need for us to bring toys for our daughter. She didn’t even want to leave!! There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy most of what you need, a boulangerie where you can get delicious baguettes and croissants, and a delicious espresso place. She was also super communicative - we had ordered from Amazon as we needed a couple of things that we couldn’t find in stores and she was super flexible about it. The house was spacious and since we had a car, it was easy to get around! I highly recommend this place! It is just beautiful!

Great stay at Ivan's. I've never been in such a well-maintained home before. The house and garden are super nice, the amenities provided for children made the trip easier. I highly recommend this listing! Thanks again. 🙂

A small group from our cycling club had an amazing stay at the property. Riding the nearby climbs of the Eze, Madone and Mont Chauve. Exploring the local villages, towns as well as Nice. After a good day's cycling we came back to the villa and enjoyed the spacious garden, views and pool. The property had lots of room to relax, all the amenities and a great kitchen for cooking. A superb place to stay, we will be back!

Fabrics was very helpful and responded quickly to all messages. We were able to check in early. The location of the villa is excellent, there is no need for a car. The villa and pool were great for our trip to France.

This is a nice place. We stayed at four placed on this trip and this was our favorite. It felt most like a regular 'home.' Very nice location. Super friendly hosts. Very responsive. The back patio/deck was a great place to sit. Everything worked well and there were absolutely no issues. We would stay here again.

Family break. Six adults. Plenty of room for all Fantastic stay. Couldn’t recommend highly enough Great value for money Extremely comfortable. Location is spot on to discover all of Nice by foot if reasonably healthy. Only tram we took was one back to airport. Virginie is delightful. So helpful and friendly. Damien is an amazing host, very friendly and easy to talk to. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean and most of all very well located. We were 15-20 minutes by foot from the beaches and the old antibe town. I would 100% recommend this place for a group of friends looking for an affordable option! Thank you again Damien :)

We spent a lovely week at this beautiful apartment. Every little detail was tasteful and artistic, yet it was convenient and comfortable. The neighborhood was secure and quiet, the view of the sea is amazing, also a walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Vassil was responsive and sent us many recommendations for things to do in Nice and good grocery stores and restaurants. Everything was perfect, we highly recommend it. Thank you Vassil & family.

The place was more than we expected. The photos show little compared to what the apartment contains. I would 100% recommend this place, the location is just perfect and the apartment is very spacious. Excellent communication, nothing to say! Thanks for the experience!

Yana's apartment is fantastic, clean and well equipped, very thoughtful for guests! Yana was also very hospitable and during our stay, the instructions were clear and detailed every time from check in to check out, and was always quick to help us with issues, and also gave us lots of good recommendations for restaurants!

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 1-3.5) and had a great time. The host was very communicative and helped us with finding cots and high chairs for the kids. They also helped us with arranging transportation to the airport for a very early flight. Location is good, we walked everywhere and it was an easy tram ride to the airport and easy train ride to other neighboring towns. Very close to the beach, and the Airbnb even included beach toys for the kids!

We stayed in Vassil's apartment for a month and enjoyed every day. Could easily have stayed longer. The view is almost better than the pictures. It was spotless clean and had almost all the amenities we wanted. Vassil is an excellent host and responded very quickly to our questions. The location is perfect in a quiet, gated community with easy and safe parking on the street. 5 minutes walk to a bakery. 10-15 minutes to restaurants and supermarkets. Bus to the city, Villefranche and Menton right outside the north gate. Bus 98 to Old Nice right outside the south gate. Get the Côte d’Azur ticket app on the phone. Very smart! Be aware that the bathroom is en suite with one of the bedrooms. It worked fine for us (a couple). Could also be OK for a couple with one or two smaller kids. For two couples it may be a bit awkward. We give the apartment nothing but our best recommendations.

This luxury apartment is tastefully furnished and offers all the comforts. The spacious terrace with a nice jacuzzi is a wonderful place to stay, even during the winter months. Various fitness equipment is available and the sauna and rain shower complete the feeling of well-being. Host Roselyne and her husband Gérard know how to strike a perfect balance between offering privacy to guests and being available to answer any questions they may have. As guests, we felt very pampered. This property is highly recommended, but we would prefer to keep it a secret. 😉

Excellent 3-month stay in the accommodation. Everything matches the photos and description. Very nice accommodation with a terrace overlooking the park. Great location close to both Antibes and Juan-les-pins. Close to shops, restaurants, public transport, beaches and walks. The place includes everything you need. Azelma is a very friendly and very responsive host in case of a request for information. I highly recommend this location

We had a good time at Mrs. Simona's house. The location of the house is strategic as the house is located in a quiet area but has access to various parts of the city. The house is cozy both in the decor and in the amenities of the house. The owner has met us for any of our needs. The city of Laigueglia is also quiet, relaxing and has a beautiful walk along the sea. Our three-day stay was positive. Also, our dog immediately settled in.

We had a very nice stay in the appartment of Susanna. Very nice location close to everything, safe private parking, nice appartment with great view… we recommend :)

We loved staying in Catherine’s apartment, it was cosy and well-furnished! Catherine met us on arrival and again on departure - she always responded to messages and made us feel at home. The location was right above the slopes with a wonderful balcony that caught the mid-afternoon and evening sunshine. The beds were excellent, the sofa bed was very comfortable. Catherine provided basic amenities like coffee, salt and seasonings and oils for salad which were all super-helpful. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything was well thought through with cleaning products etc all available (or you can choose to pay 40 euros without cleaning yourself). She has a great place, well equipped and we will definitely be back! Ben

We were super satisfied with the accommodation and felt right at home. It is centrally located and everything is well explained by the videos sent in advance. Gastronomically there is a lot available and the way to the beach is easily accessible on foot (about 50 m). The kitchen was fully equipped with cooking utensils, so we could cook easily. We'd love to come back!
