House vacation rentals in San Nicandro Garganico

The house was super cute and wonderful. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. When we arrived he brought as to the grocery store without us having to ask. He also brought us to the train station. He was always kind, easy to talk to, and attentive. Great stay.

Claudio and Veronica are beautiful, kind and helpful people, the house is perfect for relaxing, the sea view is beautiful, do not hesitate, book! I recommend staying with them, the villa is well cared for, childrens pool, guarded parking, a real pleasure, they provide lots of tips and agreements to fully enjoy your vacation.

Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

We stayed for two days in Silvano's house. It is located in the countryside, surrounded by olive trees and with a beautiful garden. Silvano recommended places to visit nearby and restaurants to try. Absolutely recommended if you are looking for a great base for visiting Molise or a beach vacation home.

We stayed in this apartment on New Year's Eve, and had a very good time. We loved the company of the dogs and the kitten of the property, very affectionate. Roberta was a really kind and helpful host. In particular, she was very kind to reschedule a meeting in the following days, as once the stay was over, I realized that I had left an item in the apartment. She got it back and brought it back to me, thank you very much.

We had a really relaxing stay in Marta's appartament. Everything was well equipped, clean and we enjoyed the outside area including the pool, lovely sitting area and two loungers. We also appreciate the privacy. Marta was always helpful and made us feel comfortable all the time. We'd like to come back for another time. For future guests, there are some calm animals (cats and dogs) in the yard.

It was an extremely enjoyable experience. The house is beautiful, the road to access it is a little difficult but it is worth the "effort". The host Maud is very pleasant and kind, always available. You'll find everything you need in the house. The plus is the dishwasher and the washing machine, not to mention the small pool on the roof. If I have to be picky, I found inaccuracies about cleanliness, but I think both the host and the house make up for this. I would go back a thousand more times.

We had an apartment in the semi-detached house surrounded by olive trees with mountain and sea views - fantastically beautiful, a paradise to relax. Plenty of space and everything you need. The pool is also top. Clean, large and very nice vegetation around. In addition, very lovely and helpful owners. Highly recommend!

Very nice apartment, perfectly clean and very spacious, on two floors, with two terraces. It is in all respects as advertised, and the bedding is impeccable. It is located in the most pleasant neighborhood of Bari, very quiet, with small white buildings. We are close to the old town so pretty, the beach facing the lighthouse island, the lively central square. Mary and her husband are very responsive and welcoming. The area is splendid, we spent 4 wonderful days at the end of September, pleasantly warm and much quieter than July or August.

Mrs. Maria is an exceptional host, the Studio is very clean and very comfortable, all new and functional. I highly recommend it. Thank you Maria for your hospitality.

Great apartment in a good location for a visit to Vieste. Roberto answered our queries promptly and sent us a list of restaurants he recommends and a list of places to visit nearby. As mentioned by other guests the shower cubicle is smallish and the mattress is a bit hard but we stayed for a week and got used to it. Would hope to stay again and would certainly recommend.

Francesco was a 1000-star host!! Very helpful and kind, he gave us valuable tips to make the most of our stay. The apartment where we stayed was clean, organized and comfortable both on the beach and at the bus stop. There are also markets, fishmongers, restaurants, and other amenities nearby. Upon our arrival, Francesco made us find fresh fruit and water in the fridge and kindly allowed us to check in early by 5 hours; we really appreciated it! On the day of our departure, since we were struggling to reach the bus terminal at 5 am, he offered to accompany us !! He was such a professional and helpful host! I recommend that everyone spend their holidays in Francesco's apartments you will feel at home !

Did my homework and it paid off … only complaint? Wish I discovered this place sooner . James and Judy are just lovely and they are super hosts for a reason ….they don’t miss a beat,super efficient, always available and a phone call or text away. Their black binder is a treasure trove of information..it’s all there!! The casa is within steps away to heaven and restaurants. Vasto is perched above sea level, the lookout vista outlines the whole side of the town with restaurants and a spectacular view of the bluest Adriatic Sea… on a clear day you can see the Tremiti islands which is a 50 minute boat ride away . The casa is in the cobblestone pedestrian only area , its peaceful, walkable with church bells and cooing pigeons in the background. It has a medieval castle a palazzo you can visit with all kinds of art and artifacts dug up from the Roman Empire and a mosaic floor nearby with Roman baths .. the house felt like home including the bed and it was very clean comfortable and private

Lidia's apartment is large and is wonderfully located a few steps from the sea. Everything is available in terms of amenities. You can use both a terrace to yourself in front of the house or stay in the communal garden behind the house by the sea. But the best thing about our stay is that we met Lidia and her dog Judy. Lidia is such a good-hearted, generous and warm-hearted woman, which has beautified our stay. She has helped us with numerous tips on great regional specialties and also supported and translated with information in everyday life. In addition, she was very generous with various regional delicacies. Judy is a very nice dog and takes good care so we felt very safe. It was wonderful to get to know life on site and the people there, but at the same time you also have your privacy and can retreat at any time. We had a great time, thank you Lidia!

Really a nice accommodation, spacious, clean, comfortable, modern, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the accessories for a comfortable stay. The information was timely and comprehensive. Very satisfied with the choice.

Words cannot express just how wonderful the apartment is. We have stayed many times in Vasto and this is by far the best. Ideal location between the Marina and Town, it has some of the best views available from the rooms and balcony at the front, whilst the rear terrace was perfect for eating with views of the town. Giuseppe is the perfect host, and daily gave us items from his garden. Will happily return and highly recommend to anyone.
