Monthly Rentals in San Miguel de Allende

As a habitation for a lone traveler on a brief stay, the home was perfect. Very close to several restaurants. Near a beautiful park to walk in. Within walking distance of the Jardín Allende. The kitchen was simple but convenient. The bed was comfortable. The owner was friendly and promptly responsive. I hope to stay there again and bring my wife, who I think will love the place.

The property that Ruben has in the La Luminaria subdivision was first class, exceeding my expectations. The subdivision is beautiful, with great architecture and full of amenities: paddle courts, pools, trails, and restaurant, and a reception as good as that of a 5 ***** hotel. The villa (apartment) is a suitable size for the three people who went, it is a very well maintained place, super clean, as well as perfectly equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils. Everything is new. The bedrooms are impeccable, like at home, as are the bathrooms. The dining room and living room with first-class furniture and decor. Its TV is an excellent size. Lots of peace and quiet on site. In addition, Rubén is one of the best hosts I've ever experienced. Always attentive, careful with details, precise in his instructions, and very kind. Guaranteed that when we return to SMA it will be at Ruben's property. I recommend it 100%.

Great location (it is walking distance from everything you need to see), clean and spacious enough. Mary was communicative the whole time. Only downside is the stairs you need to take when you have heavy luggages - it is quite a workout! But overall it was a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay in San Miguel de Allende! The home is incredibly spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. One of the highlights was the stunning rooftop terrace with unbeatable views of the Parroquia, perfect for our morning coffee and sunset cocktails. The location is ideal, situated on a cute street, it was a quick and easy walk to the main square, shops, and restaurants. Ally was a fantastic host, super communicative, warm, and welcoming. Highly recommend this beautiful spot for anyone visiting SMA.
